I am looking for my scheme colour for this army. I have removed the anubis scheme because although I liked it, it is true that at the table people will confuse it with the black legion

Interesting.

As far as the color schemes go...

the first one just looks like a Black Legion Rubric marine.

the second isn't bad (I like the red), but the off-white gun casing and cloth blends too much with the armor. Not enough contrast.

the third looks best to me. Not entirely sold on the green guncase, but overall its very striking.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.

I am new to warhammer 40k and did not know about the black legion. I have looked for other anubis and I have made another one in addition to one with your recommendations for white.

I love this idea! I feel like there's another, darker grey inbetween the grey and black versions, that would suit this best. I'm thinking something like Eshin Grey as a basecoat, highlighted up a little:

Also, I would swap all of the yellow for more gold, and maybe put a little more blue in so the gold isn't overpowering. The yellow just doesn't look right to me here.

use yellow precisely so as not to abuse gold.
I'll try the gray thing. I'll look at the saturation with the first model I paint. thanks for the tips

I'd do both black and white ones at random or even as pairs in your army. That would look striking as hell.

I think the left hand model here looks amazing, but think the Green gun case looks really out of place. It may just be me, but the green on the guns of all your marines looks really out of place. Other than that, stunning models!

Anuburack is a hero from WC3 and WoW. In Heroes of the Storm he features several colourachemes. You might wanne check them out for variation. He to have egyptian style colours.

Likevice League of Legends has some five egyptian styled skins. You might wanne check them out as well. (Rammus is one of the heroes thag has it.)
