First let me pour out a 40oz for a fallen soldier. I picked up Revell Contacta Professional in Germany over Christmas and love it. I haven't done any rigorous comparisons but it seems to hold better than Testors or Tamiya.

Have you tried what happens if you go to Amazon.de (or .uk or whatever in europe), order there and give an US adress for shipping? A quick check showed me that Amazon.ca also has this glue.
