Perfect Shot Dark Angels Predator Pilot

Greensboro North Carolina

Have been out of 40k for 5+ years and this is my first project back. Had some old Cadians lying around and what originally started as a kill team build has evolved into an infantry battalion. Say hello to the Bayou 112th, the “Ragin Cajuns.”

The “Ragin Cajuns” homeworld of Bayou is an Imperial death world. The planet is one large swamp with hive cities located in areas that are the rockiest and driest planetary regions. Travel between hive cities is dangerous as this means becoming prey to the creatures of the swamp. All hive cities are self sustaining and this makes guardsmen from Bayou excellent because they grow up living off the land. Hunting and scavenging are the only sources of food for citizen residents. The “Ragin Cajuns” are known in the Astra Militarum as excellent shots in up and close skirmishes. This is learned from an early age from hunting in the eternal swamp that is Bayou for survival.

I intend on building this force up with armored sentinel squadrons painted the same as the snipers cloak. I figured tanks would get stuck in a swamp, so why not play them to the fluff!
