Something about how everything looks like a nail if all you have is a hammer.

On a slightly more serious note, trying to get back into painting and did a bit of work on the 4 Deathwatch jump pack marines with two-handed thunder hammers (middle of the pack). Painted them in green armor but with the Deathwatch shoulder pad. Thought it might be fun to put them with the rest of my hammer wielding guys.

old picture of just my terminators, I have way more now but quite a bit of them are unpainted. I should put them all together one day.
Spoiler:

If i ever get my basement under control I need to take a full picture of the whole army in its various stages of being done.

nice, it's always good to see the sons of Nocturne! better than grey Salamanders every day of the week.

I they look cool, but the one of the far right to me, looks ridiculous. But it is your own army

The guy on the right is not my favorite conversion and might eventually go under the knife. might need to slim it down a bit. He came from the box of Deathwing Knights. I still need to do something about the rest of them to remove the iconography and make them full fledged Salamanders.

I tend to go between starting a new project and then finishing up some random stuff that I consider either table ready or almost table ready. I have a huge backlog of vagarious Primaris boxed sets to do eventually, as well as firstborn deathwatch and terminators and such.

He's really starting to stretch the term 'close'-combat!

Keep him, jb1981, I think he looks cool. He's a space marine in terminator armour, he can handle it! I can just imagine him striding forward to the nearest enemy tank, massive hammer held high, and flipping it with a smash on the nose as it drives forward attempting to ram him!

Awesome army, keep it up!

His father used to be an angry marine

Seriously, I like him. Keep it. Or if you will redo the mode, keep the concept of a unique crazy weapon but put him in a better pose!

Since a few people liked my thunder hammer/stormshield guys, here is the rest of my terminators and some dreads thrown in for the fun of it.

I'm working on adding more assuming I don't get project ADD and switch to something else. 4 standard terminators with, a blood angels librerian (to be painted as deathwatch) and 5 Tartators Terminators with lighting claws

a squad of these guys + a captain in Cataphractii armor are nearing completion (entering the 5 man squad in the dakka monthly painting competition)

probably consider this one completed, but I might play around with some more shading and or highlights.

Nice work, always like seeing more Salamanders on here.

"full" collection - minus all the unfinished plastic I have lying around. Most of these are in various stages of being done.

Running out of shelf space, will be buying more.
