The Contemptor dreadnought of this hand-held weapons is much closer to the human form than the weapon is directly used as an arm, like an enlarged version of the tartaros terminator.just like this.

I like the look of the axe, but I feel like the gun is perhaps a bit large & bulky, looks like it should be a two-handed affair. It could look cool to model one with the gun held like a bolter, and the lascannons on the shoulders like the old Broadside suits.
