Having recieved several sets of gw terrain and a history of failing to see painting projects through I decided to try and keep focused with a blog

I recieved the ryza ruins, moon base klassius and the kill team starter box.

I am aiming for a rusty grimey look.

I had a solid look around online for ideas and decided to combine the gw technique with the realm of plastic technique.

So basically

Typhus corrosion, mournfang brown, wild rider red, fire bright orange, zandri dust, agrax earth, ryza rust, iron breaker for the rusted effect using stippling and drybrushing mainly.

Then throwing on some bronze for piping, gold for paneling details, some grey of bluey grey not sure yet for paint left before rust, and not sure what colour for wiring yet.

The first stage after building and priming black, I liberally applied Tyohus Corrossion over the majority of the model. Especially paying attention to areas where rust will build up. After the first coat dried I applied a second.

Then I added mournfang brown, by stippling it heavily over the typhus layer.

Then the wild rider red stage.

I will fix the camera issue after this set.
