I've wanted to make a Slaanesh army for some time and have accumulated a number of figures over the last few years, but the recent Sigvald video gave me the push I needed to get started. I'll be posting stuff here as the army progresses
As thing stand it's just a Lord of Pain and 10 daemonettes, so quite a small warband so far-But growing bigger.

The lord of pain is a new mini for me, and you've made him look a total badass. The gem on his waist is beautiful.

Thanks a lot for the kind words The Lord of Pain is a newish figure that came out in a boxed set ('Shadow and Pain') but I expect he'll be avaliable on his own sooner or later . He was fun to paint. Lots of details, but not overwhelmingly detailed (particularly as I kept my colour selection fairly small).

Some more additions to the forces of excess! I actually played a couple of games with them last Sunday (vs Bonereapers) and won both-Though a lot of that may have been down to my Nurgle ally as it turns out that Nurgle are very useful for generating depravity points

Thanks! It wasn't as difficult to paint as I expected. Leaving the outer layer of the cloak off until I painted the rest of it was definitely the right call

A couple of Slaanesh minotaurs. I made very minor mods to them, removing some of the fur from the legs and arms and adding some miliput to create thigh length leather stockings and arm sleeves to give them more of a Slaaneshi feel.
These two chaps are going to be pulling the 'Slaaneshi Sin Wagon' which will be a Glutos proxy. I like the Glutos miniature but I wanted to make something a bit more traditionally Slaanesh. I know Slaanesh rerpesents all sorts of excess, but he/she is also strongly linked to secret desires and for me the more erotic side of things is a better and more interesting exploration of that god. Understandably, a large company like GW that wants to court a family audience can't really go too crazy with that side of the god.

This project was also a good excuse to use a few 3rd party miniatures that I've had my eye on for a while. It's not going to be too outrageous, but it'll be more 'traditional' and take things a bit further than GW would-Let's just say that much for now

Minotaurs pulling a lust cart? This will be good.

Finally finished the Slaanesh Sin Wagon (a Glutos proxy).
My Glutos is a demon princess which is actually a 32mm dark elf model I got on Etsy. The handmaidens, the driver, warrior and priestess as well as the two captured Free Cities wizards bound to the wheels are by Brother Vinny miniatures and the Stormcast prisoner behind the throne is by Manufaktura. The rest of it is foamboard, card and spare bitz.
The prisoners are included because Slaanesh (we are a bit evil an' lewd) but also as a source of magical energy. Their arcane power is channeled into the throne, thus giving the princess +1 to cast and dispel and two spells per magic phase.

That's phenomenal. Great choice of minis and a very cool concept. Loving the skin tones. Nice call to have the captured Stormcast's weapon and shield on display, too.
