Subject: How can i make the base more interesting and what would they need to go up to display standard?
I have 6 of these painted, but i´m not really happy with the base.
I have done a white stripe on some of them, but i am thinking of doing blood spatter on some of them plus skulls and limbs, but don´t know how many of them i should do it on?
Also if you where to take this and upscale it to display standard what would they need?
More weathering in the form of scratches or should there be some green pigments on the shoes or what would there need to be?

You may overload them if you add too much. Go bigger if you want to add more Junk. I would suggest a powder of some kind to add some more texture, but I prefer blood bowl bases with less junk on them.

The white stripes need more attention and I think you're there. Maybe some little object, without overdoing it (an helm, a gauntlet or a piece of wood/panel).
Alternatively, I always suggest a paved floor... It's more brutal than grass and more in line with BB.
I tend to have much messier bases, but playing Skaven that's an par for the course.
I can't condone a place where abusers and abused are threated the same: it's destined to doom, so there is no reason to participate in it.

For a few details here and there, you could do bare patches where the turf has been scuffed down to dirt, or chunks that have been torn up by cleats/claws. I don't have any particular method to recommend, but it's just something that would fit the terrain and break up the uniformity of the bases.
