Well executed. Personally I would take the brightest areas a level or two brighter though. It looks like a mid tone and a dark green to me. To really pop that glow I would make it super bright in the middle.

I agree with everyone so far-- that's a nice glowy effect. I might suggest that you do something with the cutouts in the blades-- either center the glow around them, or at least give them another highlight.
