thanks to some people in the last thread I made, I've decided to paint a Killa Kan in the colors of R2-D2 for the upcoming May the Forth. Wish me luck guys! also, sorry in advance if the pics are still sideways, I have no idea how to fix that.

Wellllll, My guy is done! I feel pretty damn good about myself

I would suggest you to watch some painting tutorials to learn a few technics and approaches for your models.
At the moment they look really basic and could use some contrast, lights and shadows, edge hihglithing, effects or scratches and some attention to detail.
The idea behind a good paintjob is to not just add colour to a piece of plastic, but to enhance the look of the model, give it a certain mood, feel or artistic vision.
In this case, if you want the model to look like R2D2, open a picture of it as a reference and try to follow the patterns and design of it.
