Well, to start it will just be basic units, whatever's been made for second edition Horus Heresy. Past that, who knows. I've not seen a ton of specialist legion stuff made for 15mm (or even 6-8),

You can do loyalist and traitor versions of each legion, right? I'm partial to loyalist EC, but so many of the heresy-era paint schemes are so cool. Word Bearers, Salamanders, World Eaters, Death Guard, even Luna Wolves.

Paint them as The Little Sisters of Purification.

Or go to 8mm and play legion imperalis so you can play with your tinny men

Beakies means Raven Guard, right? Not that I'm biased at all...

Personally, I like the aesthetic of virtually every legion, though RG and Scars are my favourites. Any of the ones people have mentioned would be good, though if you want to go full esoteric detailing on the Word Bearers armour, that might become a bit difficult on tiny troops.
