I don't recognize the gun mantlet, but that's a Baneblade barrel. I think the rest of the turret is from a Leman Russ, with some extra bits stuck to the sides and top.

Why is the rum always gone?
Looks like the old Forgeworld Ryza turret with the nose cut down to accomodate the larger barrel. It has the domed cupola and the curvy wiring doodad on the front glacis.
