Haha, I'm pretty sure I could get one of those made up for $30. It looks like someone nicked a hotel robe, decided to get it embroidered, and are now seeing if they can hawk it for a few quid.

Surely, that's worth 100 GBP.

Pre order for the new starter kit 80dollars for it with no models, so thats a smaller rule book starter book dice and some templates for 80dollars, seem a tad much! well that seems a tad much then I notice the postage, 54 dollars on top!, The title states core game box set think thats his way of saying no models but I bet he is hoping to have someone buy it not reading the description thinking they are getting the full kit and there are more then 10 for sale

Erm.

"Sprues have been removed from the box for shipping" means he's not sending the original box, but everything that came in the box is included.
And shipping in the US is 19.99, not 54 dollars.

This seems like a normal ebay "deal" - not amazing, but decent.

Ah my bad! must of totally misread that, plus the shipping is going to have been adjusted for the uk then the only problem with that ad then is the fact he is selling something he hasnt got, never a good idea but thanks for pointing that out! i did think it was strange considering the amount of other GW stuff he has for sale,

That's about $27 USD.
So, you're looking at $4.50 USD per model. Yeah. That's a pretty good price. They usually sell for $6 to $10 here in the US, depending on condition.

It seems after not selling, the Games workshop dressing gown is re listed and the price has increased substantially.
Must be one of the most expensive dressing gowns ever, and it looks cheap as piss though it still may be a bargain as it has only a few rips and some paint down it !

I'm worried about someone who thinks a bath robe with 'Warhammer World' embroidered on it is worth that much money.

This is a drawing of a spider. I value it at $233.95

Art is valued a little differently than clothing.

I did a mural for the old Dakka Dakka shop. It was roughly 5'x9' which is about $4500.00 as a friendly price.

But I'm too cool for such nonsense and charged $400 in product.

Saddly half of my products were stolen from my car while I was at work.

Undead Dragon, Wood Elf Dragon, Skaven Doom Bell and several other things I don't even remember. I had only owned them for like a day.

That has to be "The Most Interesting Red Shirt in the World"

"I don't always wear my ltd edition GW dressing gown...

but when I do, I spill brown paint on it."

Not sure what creeps me more, that he's painting a giant table in a bathrobe, or that other people might have been with him while he's painting in a bath robe.

interesting, a folly on the part of the buyer and not the seller. Haven't seen that since people sold Xbox360 boxes empty.

I started tha auction before the box was released the 7 day auction ended on the 2nd, day after the box set was released so they were the only pictures I could find at the time. I thought I was clear enough in the title and description and wasnt trying to be misleading at all. I had another 10 auctions with the same picture and simular descriptions, none of those went for silly money. The guy has had the models since tuesday and have had no email or feedback yet
