I would love a Tony Moore or Charlie Adlard Guest Box (I was lucky enough to win a zombie portrait of myself from Adlard last year along with an appearance of a bad guy in the Walking Dead).

We received 3 last year and whilst we have 4 this year they are planning a longer break between Season 3 and Season 4 so I think they are giving us 18 - 24 months worth of bonus content to keep us going.

Tony actually frequents our local comic book shop, so I've actually had the conversation with him about it...
Now, getting it to happen has proved to be a different story.

Ah, ok, that one. Yes. That said, I don't think it applies here. Here is more a case of people over reacting tot he tiniest things. I mean, there's a guy there right now (yes, I went back into the comments) calling this KS a "scam". I mean think about that for a second: Someone genuinely thinks that this KS is intentionally fraudulent. How does someone come to that conclusion?

lol... he probably has some rare disease were words get jumbled... or it's a colloquial term for something good in another language and google translate made the internet a bit more fun again.
Vacationing on a nice island with great food and bad wifi makes you forget about stuff - this is looking awesome!!! So many nice optionals (DAMN!) I feel it's gonna be expensive...

Ah-hah! The other half of the Experience Deck. How can they complain about that? No. That wasn't rhetorical. I'm very interested to see how they can complain about it.
Let's find out...
"Really? A deck equal to the Ultimate Survivors? Disappointing this kickstarter ... very disappointing. =/"
"Exactly the same deck"
"Would of rather seen something else new as a SG tbh. More survivors or maybe a KS exclusive human companion or two, would be nice"
"gimme a box with all promo survivors from season 1 even for 50$ and iam good. stop the cards and dice streaches."
"Yeah, there should be more BBT survivors and the game should be changed from Zombicide to The Big Bang Theory : A Zombie Game. Screw any variety of survivors. Already going to get another one. Isn't 6 enough?"
Ahahah!

Did they say those figures were going to be in the S3 KS? Perhaps they are for the Game Night Boxes.
As for the VIP zombies, a Indian Chief, cycle ganger, and cowboy are needed for zombie Village People. Also, they made an Elvis impersonator, how about a not-Michael Jackson from Thriller?

They were part of the Season 3 preview article but this was a few months back so plans may have changed since then.
Michael Jacksons estate came down hard on Plants v Zombies for having a Michael Jackson looking zombie in the game and they ended up dropping him from the game so I suspect CMON want to avoid any legal issues after the Miramax problems from Season 1.

Wow. We didn't know that. That kinda changes everything.
Hey everyone, RogueRegault (and his brothers, for that matter) don't like guest artist boxes, and we're only allowed to have one opinion so let's just go ahead and remove any from our pledges.
Sorry for the mixup there Rogue. It won't happen again sir, we promise.

I'm not seeing that at all - to me it looks like he's stating his opinion, and not even suggesting that others must comply, or that options should be removed.
Rule #1, everyone.
Thanks!

Want want want. No idea why, of course.
Any other games that can use these tokens, such as Mutants and Death Ray Guns? I suppose they're useful as replacement bits.
As for the guest boxes, plenty of comments that they're being purchased.

As a table-top gamer first, cardboard chits annoy the hell out of me. As such, the plastic token set, and doors set have, of all things, actually drawn my attention.
Quick question... aside from looking cool and being handy, is there anything in the hardbound compendium which isn't in the individual game-rules of the respective seasons?
Right now i'm sitting at $205, which is Season 3 + doors + tokens, but i'm sure during pledge manager they'll rope me in for at least the four one-off survivors.

Not technically true, there is apparently some exclusive content:
"The Compendium #1 contains 59 missions created for Zombicide Season 1. It includes official missions, Kyoko Contest missions, the Switch City campaign and the exclusive Boomtown campaign! It also contains a special designer's note revealing the secret ways to customise the Equipment deck and Zombie deck to suit your games."

Ah. Thanks for the answer. Yeah, threat of legal action will do that, and a KS project of this size would attract attention. (There's a small minis company making a not-MJ, but they are so tiny they are probably under the radar. I'd order from them but they are in the UK, I just want that figure and with shipping it would be about $20. )

As for marketing, this game is pure fried gold.
They can continue this for years and CONTINUE to make cash hand over fist.
Gratz Zombicide, on doing it Loud, fast, and with some style.
KInda wish I kept ,my fist edition stuff, but my wallet is thanking me for the sacrifice.
Darned amazing is all you can say about the rabid reaction to this game.

I semi-regret selling off my Season 1 promos too... and then I remember that it took all of one quick Ebay flip of them to fund my entire hobby for a year, and still leave enough to buy a couple board-games.
I kept the original game set, and the extra tray of zombies though, which, honestly is where the real value was. Selling off four or five single minis for damn near $900 was enough to kill off even the completist in me, and here I am back to happily buy more for the actual gameplay.
This game also has weird cross-over appeal. I've gotten hardcore grognards to give a simple "board-game" a chance, and converted some "Monopoly is the only game i've played" folks, thanks to the allure of re-creating "Walking Dead" like moments.
