The Infinity Philosophy: It's Not Your List, It's You.
With that in mind I've been waiting on the Uhlan model since I saw the illustration of it.

So instead of trying to make some ultimate force I decided to make a small TAG heavy army and learn to play it.

Any of you guys have ideas on this theme?
Is 300pts the standard game size now?

Here is the list.... I'm looking for list ideas and tactics

Having Fusiliers is great and all...but if you're going to play Neoterra, why not go all out and actually play Neoterra?
Fusiliers are a unit that were seemingly shoved in due to the fact that NCA did not have a Link Team option in the original Human Sphere(ORCs were not present, nor were Bolts) and rather than add an Auxilia profile without an Auxbot they just threw Fusiliers in and called it job done.

Additionally, if you're going to go TAG heavy to the point where you cannot really afford a "good" Lieutenant in NCA? It doesn't hurt to take Bolts, given their Bioimmunity status and their Veteran L1 status as well.

Depending on what you want to do with that list it can be kind of awesome to sweep the Table with your two Uhlans. Every other mission, especially these with much button smashing, will suck with that list.
Also I'd suggest some changes in your current list:

I agree with Kanluwen, a neoterran army list without at least one Bolt feels somehow odd.

BUT: Bolts are too expensive for this kind of List although the Veteran L1 skill is pretty handy. Regarding their WIP of 12 (same as the Fusiliers') a Bolt is definitely not the better Lt. choice since Bioimmunity doesn't protect a Bolt from getting unconcious after a failed ARM / BTS roll (also Shock and Viral ammunition isn't that widespread) and you'll lose a Veteran L1 with your Lt. And you paid more than a double on points you'd have to pay for a Fusilier.

Edit:
Spoiler:
Inspired by Kanluwen's list, a list with a Bolt fireteam and the Uhlans:
Neoterran Capitaline Army

Considering how subpar Bolts (still) are it's not odd at all. Squalo with HGL and a link team of Bolts might create a decent combo, however that's not saying much.

ITS generally isn't kind to expensive TAG lists (mildly said that you'll be fighting uphill battles), I'd recommend building another list with more specialists and infiltrators in mind. Locusts and Friar would be a decent start.

Well, I like that one with Drop Bears. You can use it to secure your DZ or block certain pathways to mission objectives. And I actually played against a Squalo + Bolt list (actual batrep ), that experience might not be statistically significant but I had no problems to basically defeat it within my first turn.

Which indeed proves your statement about ITS and TAGs

I like the idea of bolts but I like this 2 Uhlans so much. Bolts don't give me the order pool.

Why the FUGAZI DRONBOT Tristan?
I had a list with Drop bears. I read about their use in an TAG tactics thread.

Any ideas on some Tactics? The idea of the Uhlans moving as camo (forget the marker size just surprise shot, -3 bs, can't be targeted by hackers etc)
but I feel a bit weak when it comes to support...

So whats the deal with ITS games... An force like this wouldn't do well?

I appreciate the input I 've waited for a long time to actually play Infinity so all the tips I can get helps

What about loosing the Mulebot and Fusilier Hacker for this WIP 15 Deva?

I loose a precious Order and Reapeater but gain the strongest Hacker in the Sect.
Is that a solid trade off?
Just read Nanopulser rules... Sweet

ITS scenarios tend to focus on capping points. This makes mobile/forward deploying specialists worth far more than any gun platform you can take. Consider a scenario of where your opponent brings 5+ tokens that are deployed up to half the table. Most of your orders will be spend on simply moving, getting LoF and discovering those tokens. At the end of the game it only matters who scored the most VP not who killed the most (unless scenario says so). Objectives can be capped by specific profiles (engineer, paramedic, hacker, etc.) making a list with only two or three of them extremely weak as it's not that hard to snipe them and you're left with no profiles that can cap you objectives.

Fugazi was taken as it's 8 points for 1 regular order. PanO is pointlessly constrained, so we don't get cheap irregular smoke throwing units. Order advantage is one of bigger things in infinity system and you build your list to be as order efficient as possible. Should your opponent need to spend three orders to remove one token, you've actually come on top as he's left with less orders to capture points or to remove other threats on the table. Also consider command tokens and their usage. Potentially removing two orders from your order pool would be quite a blow in the first turn of the game.

I'd take EVO with hacking device over Deva. Camouflage is going to protect Uhlans most of the time and you have some EVO programs, if you'd really need that extra layer of protection.

The Fugazi has a MOV of 6-6 thus it'll be able to follow one uhlan and cover it with a Repeater. It has also a Flash Pulse an can be supported with Enhaced Reaction. B2 Flash ammo is something one should not underestimate. Also, a Fusilier Hacker in a 4+ trooper fireteam has Sixth Sense L2 thus he'll ignore Stealth, enemy assault hackers or any non marker state HI won't like that.

Keeping that in mind an the fact that a fugazi also has Sniffers (sort of "Repeaters" for Sensor) you might swap the Deva Hacker with a Sensor-Deva (WIP 15 and a +16 MOD for Sensor will end every camo / hidden deployment state within 8" around the Sniffer automatically if announced). Also the Sensor-Deva can be Lt. which gives you more chances to win the initiative roll.

Well... I had to get rid of one Palbot but on the other hand you have paramedic now! This makes FOUR (!) crappy specialists, and with one you are even able to kill your own troopers, OMG! Sarcasm aside (as a Bakunin player I'm just not used to a lack of specialists and to even play with TAGs from my own army list), the four fusiliers are now something like your swiss army knife and they're free to actually claim objectives. The two Uhlans should be a good protectors for them.

Medic to Deva for the self inflicted deathtouch.... I thought about that too reading No Wound.

Kanluwen's force would probally crush. But I'm dumb, so I'm stuck in the Uhlans. I am thinking about cutting out one TAG. But man the idea of running Twin Stealthy TAGs soooo cooool...

So Knight says EVO and Hacker. Wasn't that the Fusilier/Mulebot...? Or something better?

But...
Tristan with the Forcing Nasty things out of Camo easy is appealing. It can give the Uhlans more Targets. And all the Crappy specialist a boy could want...
If I drop an Uhlan...

In my experience such combo is going to take orders away from your killing platforms and with a single hacker not providing the expected layer of protection. It's decent with more hackers and REM elements, but the list as it is needs to do damage with Uhlans to get ahead. A single sensor/sniffer-repeater is simply not enough to have a meaningful impact on the game in my experience.

Edit: I was referring to this profile. It has some unique programs/abilities that you can run.

Again my thoughts about this:
I can imagine what you want to do but using the SML in it's guided mode is quite order intensive. Further, every enemy non-marker hacker with an HD, HD+, DHD, WHD or EvoHD will use U-Turn in ARO against your guided shot which could turn your +6 MOD inot a -6 MOD (Nomands e.g. can easily deploy three or more hackers in their lists).

With your Uhlan and the Fusilier Fireteam you have already awesome shooting skills both, have a potentially BS of 18. Thus I suggest to use the Sierra an a Missile Launcher / Multi Sniper Rifle wielding Fusilier (the HMG guy is still good enough but mor diverse rage bands are always good) both will get B +1 which actually doubles the power of the ML.

Thanks for adding your 2 cents though Tristan I'm taking it all in. Thats the second time you added in the ML so I'll try it.

What would you bring as an alt for that Sierra? I'm not 100% on all the remotes I'm pretty open.

Should I put the 2nd Uhlan back man? I'm not really using Neoterra fully if I don't run 2... Or Bolts... So Maybe 2 Locust with Drop Bears
I could see this force doing pretty good.

That's totally up to you, if you want to play two of them... do it! (Actually I'd like to see them in action, which means you should provide us with a detailed Batrep )
I think you have a nice collection of ideas here which you altogether could test. Thats the more fun part IMO and if you play your lists you'll find out pretty fast where you can improve them.

also another suggestion by me

Pathfinder and Fugzi Dronbots are amazing, especially with the Deva Sensor Lieutenant. I would probably max out on the Fugazis. However I've run a similar 11 order list but with a ML Swiss Guard and found that it was too order starved, especially if you end up being forced to take first turn. I think 14/15 is probably the minimum number of orders I would take in future.

Jep, one key of success is a proper order management. Which is actually easier with 15 orders than with only 10.
Also, if you max out the Fugazis/Pathfinders, don't forget to put them in the same combat group (if you field more than one obviously ) to use them coordinated. Up to four sniffrs with one order spent is quite handy but also really situation dependent.
