The Gauss Immortals with the Veiltek are in this list because I only have 3 Ghost Arks right now.

Thoughts on the list?

Only 5 warriors in each Ghost Ark?

I dont know much about necrons, but it looked like you were looking for some advice.

That being said, all that av13 would be scary.

5 warriors and a haywire cryptic, each ark also has gauss arrays on each side

I like it but it does suffer from not being able to seeming deal with a large number of Monstrous Creatures reliably.

It's got an amazing beatstick with the Necron Lord, but other than that it's sorely lacking in ability to get rid of large monstrous creatures and I think that is something that is just going to be a weakness of this type of army.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

I like it, not going for the necron airforce would give quite a refreshing new outlook to the army. I would suggest the cryptek with the lance and invul save. You can use them to hunt tanks and monstrous creatures much more reliably,

I"d suggest putting Tesla Carbines on the immortals. You've got 4 Haywire Crypteks and 3 ghost arks with warriors to take care of armor. Tesla Immortals would just increase the number of hits you get and help vs pretty much everything else. Flyers, MCs, and Infantry.

Alternatively, to stick with the Mech theme, you could Swap them with a Triarch Stalker with a Particle Shredder or a TL Heavy Gauss Cannon with some points left over.

I think the list is good. I don't think you'll have a problem with MC, because three AB will generally deal with that pretty well. If you are worried about it, you could take a lancetek (something with longer range is always handy, and S8 is getting more useful for ID or avoiding FNP I've found).

I second the suggestion to make the immortals tesla. Tesla gives you much more flexibility when your DS scatters because it is generally better at longer than 12" range.

If you have already built them as Gauss blasters, I'd put them in the Nightscythe and split the 5 warriors between the ghost arks. As you'd have a couple of crypteks left over (no need for a veiltek and you have an extra stormtek) you could either beef up the warrior squads or add Weave, a shifter and orb to the Overlord for when his ride gets blown up.

Well, I never played Ghost Arks but troops in Night Scythes. I think that these Arks are meh. Too slow, too less damage output.
Compare this with Night Scythes, fast and deadly. With Night Scythes you can dictate the flow of battle, with Arks not.

Well, the Night Scythes are good, being flyers and probably the safest transport around. However, they are AV11 and start in reserve (and there are no realistic options for controlling when they come on).

Ghost Arks are AV13 on front and sides, can shoot 2 different units and can repair warriors. So they are actually better for Board control imho.

They are particularly good with blobs of warriors - a blob supported by a couple of GA is very hard to put down.

If you're going to take a night scythe, take two. One will just be shot down easily by an inevitable quadgun or some form of AA all armies will have. Only having one flyer that isn't at least AV12 is kinda useless.
