I... actually don't know. Help?

Hi guys! Recently, I've been building on my Chaos Renegades Chimera, on which I've painted a brown-green camo scheme. I've seen some people ask me how I do it, so I figured I'd make a tut here. Enjoy!

Also, you can use any colours you want, these are just my favourites.

Paints used :
Steel Legion Drab
Castellan Green
Rhinox Hide

Alright, here's the basecoat. Prime the vehicle black, and add a liberal coat of Steel Legion Drab. Make sure you add at least 2-3 layers, as to remove all brush marks.

Also, I apologize I didn't have a vehicle to show this on.

Now, taking a large brush, you stipple on 1-2 layers of Castellan Green on all areas supposed to be green. I recommend 3-4 straight-ish lines going diagonally down the vehicle. Try to cover at least 1/3rd of the vehicle.

Now, using a smaller brush, fill in the green, make it look a bit more tidy.

Then, with the final colour (I used Rhinox Hide, but I couldn't find a colour that looked like it), do a bit more random, wavy lines. Make sure at least 2/3rds of the vehicle is covered in camo, before starting to tidy everything up. Any non-sharp edges, paint flecks etc.

Now, here's the final step: Take a large brush, and drybrush Zandri Dust over the entire vehicle.

Done! Down here is an image of the finished tank.

Yeah, that's a bunch of papers as a white screen.

Enjoy!

nice tutorial..and plenty of people likely can use the tips for camo.

One bit of advice..I actually do my stripes by drybrushing them..or maybe semi-drybrushing..with a little practice it gives a almost airbrushed look that blends very naturally..but is hard on brushes.

again..nice job.
