I'm also interested to see what comes next. I like how subdued the model and paint scheme are. It lends itself to realism, since he doesn't immediately come off as a priority target, yet still bears an air of authority.

Knarloc riders are pretty cool, its a shame that it seems ForgeWorld discontinued them. At least I can't find them anymore.

Yeah, that was a real pain. Luckily managed to get some off ebay for a decent price. They are almost definitely re-cast but that doesn't really bother me, especially as they discontinued them.

Greetings! I love the look you picked for your master shaper. It looks terrifying. I really like it when hoods are sculpted onto Kroot heads, as the only official models with hoods are the master shaper and one of the krootox riders. I've seen Necron-Kroot, Tyranid-Kroot, and now, Lizardmen-Kroot. Thanks for the inspiration! Your sculpting skills are also masterful, so please keep updating this blog.

What a project, man! The Knarloc is one of my favorite creatures in the 40k universe, and I think you've represented it pretty well. You could possibly go the extra step of dolling him up with some warpaint, although I know you've mostly been going for a fairly muted color palette. Regardless, you've done a fabulous job.

I see what you mean, maybe on the next knarloc I will put some war paint on him (That's if I manage to find another!). Its such a shame they have pretty poor stat lines.

Love the look of your Kroots. I have always had a soft spot for those guys. Your GS skill is excellent. I like the flayed skink skin on the shaper. Nice details. Hope to see more. Very inspirational.
