HOW TO POST A PICTURE FROM THE GALLERY INTO THIS THREAD THAT LINKS BACK TO THE GALLERY:

Simply go to the image you want to post in the gallery and scroll down the page looking for the little field called: "Forums". Copy the entire code that is found in that field and then paste that code as-is into any forum post and you will get an image that, when clicked on, will take users back to the same image in the gallery where they can then vote on it.

I see all painted models here, very nice stuff but I am going to change it up a bit with some sculpting related drawing.

I think he could use some dull coat, but I'll do all that after I finish painting the entire army.

I've been here probably two weeks and yet I've managed to do more voting than many forum vets. It's not difficult to do, just have it open in a new tab and vote.

I have more pictures of it with stuff added, but this is the best quality image I have so far, and it really shows off my work best.

I have voted and commented on every image in the thread. Also, by being diverted to the Gallery I've seen some great pics I would have missed otherwise.

Really, I think people should leave comments wherever possible. Even a critical remark is appreciated.

Yeah Dark, those are a good start.

Do some searches on Washes and Drybrushing. Try those techniques and those minis will be great.

The 1st edition beaky is to give a sense of scale.

All of these pictures I`ve seen are really good work and I judt finished one of my Space Marines. I stood up all night painting and now ill try and put it on. =]

1. Upload picture to your Dakka gallery.
2. Go to the pic, click it and it will open a new page with the image full size.
3. On the RHS of this page is a section called "Share your picture".
4. Choose the size of image to put in your post. (Recommended Sizes.) Don't use a wide one because it makes everyone have to scroll sideways.
5. Copy the string in the first option below (Forums.)
6. Go back to your post and paste the string in.
7. Bingo!

My first finished mini. It was fun too paint, but took me forever seeing as i hadn't picked up a brush for like 10 years.

I'm pleased with the yellow and the oxidized copper/bronze, but not so much with the horns or bandages on them.

I think i just need to really think about the highlight placements now. I'm starting to practice blending on an old Terminator as well as what im sure will bad attempts at NMM
