Ok, first off, I'd like to point out that I don't feel I have been scammed in any way. I think that life just got in the way of things with Matt, but I'm putting this up in hopes he gets in contact with me. I just want to cover all my bases, in case he has missed or misplaced my correspondence.

I commissioned Matt to do a project back in December, with a completion date of January 28th. I've tried contacting him numerous times since Early-Feb and have only received two responses, one stating that he would be shipping my items in early March, and one saying he'd e-mail me soon. I've tried contacting him via PM here, via e-mail, and through his website (that is no longer available).

If anyone has a way to get in contact with Matt, please let him know that Jon would like to speak with him regarding the Epic 40k Imperial Guard project. I would really like to resolve this issue quickly, so we can all move on.

If mods require any transcripts of e-mails or PM's to be posted, just let me know and I will produce them.

I too am waiting for stuff from Matt.

Last I heard from him, he was trying to scramble and get all of the late stuff out by...?

Bottom line: I have no idea when he's going to ship.

I have to think it will be soon.

His life is in some turmoil, as has been well documented.

Other than wait for him to ship, I'm not quite sure what we can do at this point.

Matt has gotten back to me via e-mail, and we are negotiating on how to settle this issue.

No contact since my last post. May 5th is the date by which I was to have a refund or tracking info. If there is no satisfactory contact by then, I'll be proceeding with previous plan-of-action.

I'll keep updating this as the issue is resolved (one way or another).

I was also told my stuff is to ship Wednesday(the 5th), too.

i hope me throwing this "me too" on is okay.

A mail fraud complaint was filed two weeks ago, and the IC3 complaint will be filed on Monday. A Letter of Demands will be dispatched on Monday as well.

We have discussed this issue frequently, but I have told you exactly how I'd like it resolved multiple times. I do not feel that you need to "reply every day", and I am not angry for that reason. Let's go over the situation;

My project is finished, per your e-mail two weeks ago. At that juncture; you asked for some additional time to get home, box it up, and mail it. The deadline I set was May 5th, which I was willing to extend two additional days, due to your difficulties in getting back to Dallas. Those two days have now passed, and since I cannot file any charges over the weekend, I have given you an additional two days in which to mail the box. This is now 3.5 months past the original date the box was to be shipped.

Now, is the project really finished? Because if it is, I can't really see a reason why someone would be unable to pack and ship such a small package in the time that has elapsed. Is the partial-refund an issue? I don't need a partial-refund. I just want;

A) My completed minis

B) My money/minis back.

No need to make this more complicated than it already is, just complete the transaction in one of those two ways by Sunday night.

I am under no illusions about the recovery of funds. I fully expect, that should I not receive any finished product or refund, I will never see any form of compensation. That said, since I sent the miniatures to you via USPS Priority Mail, any attempt to commit fraud during this transaction becomes Federal Mail Fraud. I believe, both the State of Texas, and the US Government are able to charge you in this instance. In civil court, the best I can hope for is a judgement that would then damage your credit rating, if left unpaid.

I may, in point of fact, end up spending more time/money seeing this through than I could ever dream of recovering.

Again, these are not threats, they are simply some of the possible outcomes of this scenario.

I mention these, not out of any malicious intent, but because I am not quite sure that you understand the severity of the consequences that can stem from these charges. Once I go forward with this issue, it is very difficult to resolve this situation without additional costs.

I don't want to make your situation any more difficult than it has been, however I feel that I have been more than patient. I am treating you no differently than I would any business that I chose to patronize, so please do not feel that I am being intentionally hostile.

Matt has stayed in regular contact this week, just no tracking number. I'm sorry if my updates led anyone to believe he was ignoring me. My updates have simply been in regards to the due-dates that I establishedin regards to this project.

Well, i now am hearing that because he can't find Arklite's package to ship to him, he can't ship to me.
for some reason because Arklite's package is missing, that prevents him from driving to the P.O. and completing
our transaction by mailing the one final box (he says he has, i wonder now!) to me that he owes me. i've never heard
of such a lame excuse! and he won't give an explanation of how one stops the other. i think he's just run out of excuses,
personally.

Matt also owes me a partial refund and a paid-for Thunderhawk from well over a YEAR ago. I have heard nothing in nearly a month, with the last message I got from Matt stating he was opening a new Paypal address to make payments toward a partial refund while he worked on shipping the model to me.

I have already talked to the Texas postal services in Plato, Texas and begun the paperwork on filing official citations against him for fraud in his business practices.

If anyone successfully finalises a deal with Matt in the near future, please PM me and let me know as it will help prove that he has taken my funds and ignored our transaction well beyond the reasonable amount of time, constituting fraud.

Matt - I do not give out my telephone number freely if I can help it. Not only does it leave absolutely no paper trail for anyone's security, but it actually costs people money and time (cell phone minutes, etc.). Using email and forum services allow me to have software and hardcopy backups of everything I do in business. Not to mention, protects me against potential claims of misunderstandings and the like.

I actually care a great deal about what is going on with you and your family, but I also have to look out for my own family and the business dealings we spend our finances to be a part of. You have said so yourself, I have been very polite and understanding in the seventeen months that you have had the money I paid you. I still wish you and yours the best in your personal life; I just want you to fulfil your end of our delinquent business deal, too.

22 months eh? Our deal has been what? 3 parts?

Part 1 was a bunch of guard you got and were un happy there were messups on the undersides for tabletop quality. I admit i was slow painting them.

Part 2 you sent them back and more models. I painted those as well as yarriack in your scheme for being slow. You got them and were very happy from what I recall. I also painted some tanks and in email you were happy but when you got them you had them painted by another painter here at dakka.

actually it was for well over $200 dollars worth of Space Marine blisters and bits. and a $100 advance for your broken laptop. and you agreed to send several terrain pieces and IG kits. i decided to settle for a terrain kit that's valued less than $100. think you made out pretty good on that deal, don't you?

you make it sound like it's a "good" thing that i've only had to wait 5 months for the 3rd part as you put it. call me silly, but I wouldn't brag that it takes that long to mail a box.

Im SORRY you arent happy with that. Thats why I have an actual buinsess consultant taking this over. To get each thing shipped out on its own and at a faster rate then I can do.

Making things even harder doesnt speed it up.

When did I say his box is in little rock? Its in Dallas, in my storage unit. My wife and I both had apts. We moved into one that was smaller then either of ours to begin with. I called him stupid? I have literally tons of emails back and forth explaining the same thing over and over. I also talked to rick on the phone before things starting getting "rough" here on my end with the wife. I also get 2-3 voicemails a day of him saying im a liar.

See people make it seem like I refuse to ship when I can... if that was the case why wouldnt I have shipped parts to trooper that would MAKE ME MONEY. More money then doing commissions in the first place?

I want to (a) confirm that it is the current address I have (b) have proof that you asked it to go to that address and (c) give you the opportunity to have me ship it to a different address (IN-laws? Your friend? Whatever address I receive will not be shared with anyone for any reason, even if it is your own).

I've never hidden the screw-ups I had in this trade, Matthew. Ever. I never blamed MY errors on anyone but myself. Not even "circumstances beyond my control." I owned up to them without excuse. Now that I have a box to send you, it's been difficult to get a response from you on where to send it.

Also, I believe I only told you TWICE that it was shipped, and I owned up to BOTH of those mistakes (I'm still not sure it wasn't sent the last time, I only cannot PROVE it was - which I own up to as MY ERROR).

I feel lucky to have gotten most of what I ordered from Matt. I started a deal with him to purchase a knight around Sept last year. While I did get the night it was shipped without feet, which I was told would be sent out to me, along with a future shipment of one of the new weapon arms that he was working on to make up for all the problems I had getting the knight.
To date I have not recieved the feet I was missing from my shipment nore any communication. I figured I was lucky to get most of what I was supposed to and I would sculpt the feet myself.

Now I know Matt has major health issues going on with his family and I understand that, but he does have trouble with meeting commitments he's made to people.

Just adding my 2 cents, seeing as I'm sculpting feet for my knight.

I'm hoping to get some sort of idea what's going on soon. The USPS probably hasn't even told themselves about my package assuming it did get shipped yesterday. A tracking/delivery # would be worthless if they haven't updated the system. Heck I've received packages days before they even acknowledge they've gotten it in the first truck.

I too have had trackign numbers not even show up in the system until its already delivered.

That said, everything was sent parcel. I simply didnt have the money to mail everything with tracking and priority. Parcel and tracking was the only choice.

That should explain why things are just starting to arrive.

I think issue of tracking numbers would help ease peoples uncertainties, and take the pressure of RSO. I live in the UK and tracking numbers are bloody useless but if you contact the delivery service they can tell you where and when it was sent, which at least would give the people some reassurance. I hope to all this is resolved soon and fully and RSO I wish you the best with your wife's health as I am sure this is a difficult time to deal with.

A quick phone call to get all the tracking numbers and then a few minutes online to PM them, and almost ALL of these problems go away!

I just got an email from Matt that said that my envelope should have gone out monday, but that he did not have tracking for it at the moment. I'm getting a little worried at this point because some stuff my wife ordered on Monday night, from a company in Dallas, just arrived via Parcel Post. I think it's an aberration, nothing should move that fast, but it did increase my anxiety level.

I don't think Matt's friend/consultant is online here at Dakka.

We basically going to have to wait for the packages to arrive and/or Matt to return to TX to get the numbers for us, it looks like.

I've researched the legal-angle fairly heavily at this point, and consulted with the two trial-lawyers in my family.

I can only speak for myself; if the items do not arrive, and I reach the point where I feel that I will not be seeing them, then I will file with IC3 and the Dallas Police Dept. I already filed mail fraud charges, some time ago.

Both of those actions would initiate criminal investigations by the relevant agencies. I have also explored filing in Texas Small Claims Court, and though it would be unlikely that we would recover our items or their values in the eventualities of such actions, it could have some serious affects on Matt.

I have been reading this post, and as an avid ebay buyer/seller I would not have put up with this....

I would have asked for proof of hardship of some form that is belaying him from meeting his side of the deal. He keeps making promises and fails to deliver. My suggestion to you guys is to stop dealing with him altogether and go ahead and seek an alternative to getting the deals closed. You guys just keep buying into his claims. If he is having trouble getting the stuff out due to medical issues within the family then of course the judge would see that, and would compensate should you the filer make it aware to the judge that you have been more than sympathetic and understanding with him. Just my 2 cents.

Hmmm if its really going to result in this does any anybody have any advice on what I can do living in New Zealand? I'm a little on the young side and wouldn't know where to start. I commisioned a titan and all the parts for a second titan last december.

I am sympathetic to his situation with his wife and all. My own father has cancer and its not fun. That aside Matt may not be a theif as he claims but he certainly seems to have told a fair few lies with emails to me that it would be shipped on this date etc. And countless other examples on this thread. Man I feel so bad for you guys... Delays are explainable given his stated medical situation, but saying he sent them and didn't, there is no excuse for that, and no sympathy card to play.

I would say that once the maximum stated time for delivery is eclipsed, you guys begin taking legal action. If after all this, the shipping turns out to be BS, I don't see the point in continuing trying to talk it out.

My suggestion to those outside the US, would be to grant one of your fellow victims/plaintiffs power of attourney, and let one of them lump in your goods/debts owed with their own complaint. I am sure this would be a viable alternative for you guys. To make sure it could happen, you could 'sell' the missing items to someone here and then they become the one Redstar owes said items to.

This is all contingent on someone agreeing to help a less fortuitously located (in terms of being able to take legal action) friend. Although at this point I am sure you guys are feeling like a band of brothers lol.

Sorry to chip in but I have watched this crazy thread for a while, I am frustrated just reading it, nevermind being actually involved. I hope my suggestion can help some of you non-north american guys take a reasonable level of legal action.

In a way we are all involved since we use swap shop / is dakka community . I too would like to see / learn what can be done in situations like this.

True, it is definitely a warning of what can happen to everyone reading it. I am also very interested to learn how things get resolved in order protect my own dealings better in the future and knowing exactly what the options are.

From the book itself,

So, this would fall in a fiduciary category. Likely the Total amount is over 1,500, so he may be looking at jail time. If I was to do this, I'd file charges via class action so the totals add up.

Nothing as of Friday here, either...and all I'm waiting on is an envelope with a money order in it. I have emailed him twice since his last communication talking about tracking numbers and have yet to hear back.

I already have the paperwork ready to file for unlawful business practices and mail fraud, but I told Matt that I would wait to file them until after I gave him one last chance to make it right. He has until Monday morning to get me the money via Paypal, the money order shows up, the tracking number hits my inbox, or my thunderhawk (that I have waited over 18 months for) shows up on my doorstep...elsewise I am sending the file and letting the authorities deal with him.

I hate to do it, especially to a guy in his position, but I can only handle so much dishonesty.

Otherwise the only possible conclusion is that you are, and have been, lying to us. Of all the parties involved you are the one that needs this aggravation the least. He also promised me that my refund would either be with me tomorrow (by mail) or he would Paypal it to me. This, of course, does not reset the clock (it is not ironclad proof of payment yet, which I told him I require at this point), but it does mean that he is aware of all of this.

On a side note, anytime you e-mail *anyone* concerning business...always email yourself as well to make sure you have an original copy of the message in question. My lawyer told me that it makes a bit of a difference in the credability of an e-mail contracting agreement. Anyway, just a friendly tip, folks.

I don't really understand why I or any of the people involved here should email him again. I have emailed him half a dozen times without any new developments. He knows what I'm waiting for. I honestly fail to see what emailing him again will achieve? Anyway, at this point, if he really wants to keep it to emails, which I don't really have a problem with he is more than welcome to email me. He has my email address and I shouldn't have to be running after him at this point. That said I suppose it doesn't hurt to email him again.

I received a reply as well. he still thinks they're on the way. i, not so much. and a bunch of how he's going to counter sue all that sue him....today is the 2 week mark of his shipping to me. if you think i'm going to believe it takes 2 weeks to ship from Metro Dallas to Metro OKC, i will disappoint you. there's NO WAY! i have shipped items from a town that has had 1-2 buildings besides the PO and have never had them delayed in such a manner. i really don't know what to do at this point.

and since this might get sent to Matt like the other posts, keep what i said in context. i received 5 emails from him. the first 3 where full of anger and insults because of something he "thought" i said. and i really don't see a good position in the end for Matt in this. bottom line, he owes everyone on here and has admited it. the continued wiggling, ranting and delaying isn't helping, it's hurting.
he needs to start being more honest and and less aggressive. he doesn't have a reason to attack those who have a legit claim against him.

Silly comment to say the least. Whatever you guys do, don't let the above quote, or any other similar types of comment from him, effect what you do. LOL, sure, he could counter all he wants, it's his right, but I can't imagine any judge agreeing with him. If I were in your shoes (any of you), I'd print out all of my messages from this "gentleman", make a report with my local Police Dept. and fill out a detailed Voluntary Written Statement. This can be done in as little as 30-60 minutes if you've got the supporting documentation with you.

The reality is that the Cops have more important things to do so don't expect any significant follow up on this, especially if they're not Texas, but you'll get a complaint rolling. A copy of the report should be available within 48 hours (time may vary). You've got the beginnings of an official complaint which can be taken to a lawyer if need be. It will also show the "gentleman" which of you is serious and potentially motivate him.

My mailman has come and gone again today with no sign of my tank. Even if the Parcel Post timing is based on Business Days there is just no logical reason why NOT ONE SINGLE package has been delivered.

Assuming even a small part of what he's told us is true, I do feel badly for him. No one should have to go thru this sort of thing. But I'm sorry to say I really don't have a lot of faith in anything he tells me at this point. And that annoys me more than anything else. I know the world is over-run with as-----s. I just hate to think any of them might get my sympathy, money and toys.

Im not familiar with US postal service , but please tell me that while its cheap and slow , it comes with some sort of tracking number?

Almost any box delivery service of the United States Postal Service has optional Delivery Confirmation, which is under a buck to purchase for one box deliveries and comes with a unique tracking number wherein it details the places it travels to and where it is going.

This is probably the smallest package that's going to/been mailed. They could have been put in an envelope and sent since they are solid.
From the time I jumped in on this thread I've gotten items I ordered from England and the West coast.
I have every sympathy for Matt and his family medical issues, but realistic deadlines should have been given to allow him time to get things done.

Yes, another day and nothing received. Also have not heard from Matt directly in quite a while. Without those numbers, Matt cannot prove either way that the packages were actually shipped by Michael... who purportedly slipped them under the front door of Matt's home after supposedly shipping the packages. It all seems too convienent...

I spoke with Matt by phone this afternoon. He is having his friend go to his complex office to get a key to his apartment. He'll then get the numbers to us. Over the phone he does come across as very contrite and blames himself for these issues. Rightly so, but it's good to hear him say so himself. He claims that some folks over on WarSeer have gotten their packages but at this time I've no way to confirm that. He also complained about getting hate mail and even a threatening phone call from people with whom he's had no dealings. If that's coming from members of this board it needs to stop. I can't imagine what sort of demented dipstick would think that that helps those of us who are awaiting shipments, it doesn't. Should the promises he made to me today turn out to be untrue then he'll have used up every tiny drop of kindness I'm willing to extend to him.

He also seems to think that it will not be much longer before his wife passes away. So regardless of our issues with him and his inability to fulfill his commitments he deserves at least some slack if it's true. Yes, we've given him a lot already. But knowing someone you love is sick and could die is a walk in the park compared to knowing that they will die very soon.

I received a rather heated e-mail from Matt. I will await my tracking number...

this is just a little advice to redstarone. (just friendly not trying to defend anyones actions) Even if your associate did not pay for delivery confirmation I hope he kept the receipts from the post office. This can help you defend against criminal complaints.

And advice to anyone is that if you receive packages often that need signatures try a Mailbox etc type store as they will often sign for packages. Hope everyones stuff gets resolved.

no one here is headhunting or out to hurt Matt. we're trying to resolve unfinished business with Matt. the person emailing Matt is not an example of this crowd, by any stretch. not to say that the TOOL sending those horrid emails isn't on here. we have respect for what Matt is going through. but we are also to the point that his business with us needs to be resolved. he has admited himself that most of this is his fault. for example, why would he take on your job, given his wife's so close to having her problems possibly turn for the worst? as a matter of fact, he told me he was giving up this hobby once the people on Dakka had our issues resolved. to me, i think he's putting himself in a "bad" situation by taking your job, at this moment.

and lastly, the Mods have and are doing a fantastic job. no 2 ways about it. professional and fair. you're a little new still. if you stick around Dakka for a while, you'll see what i mean. that said, i hope you do get to see Dakka as a whole, and not through the prism of this TR.

I am too crazy busy at the moment with work stuff to make a long post, but I just want to chime in quickly and say that the Mods at dakka have been great, but more importantly I want to say to whomever IS sending harrassing emails/phone calls to Matt about all of this - please stop. Matt is in a bad way with a bunch of people, he knows that, but bombarding him with inflammatory messages does nothing constructive; it is merely punitive.

Tracking number received on my "extras" package. These have been sent as a way of compensating me for the 4-month delay. He will also be dispatching a USPS money order this week, to compensate me for my project costs.

I started a transaction with Matt last June for 5 Catachan Rough Riders on Cold Ones.

He told me they were done in July but due to unexpected bills I was unable to pay him until September.

I was in email contact with him through early October 2009 then I heard nothing until February 2010 after I had sent basically the same email 5 or 6 times.

When I heard from him in February I even offered to cover half the shipping cost once the models arrived, I didn't hear back from him about that.

In April I sent him an email basically telling him I was giving up and I wouldn't bother him any further.

Then out of the blue I got this:

Actually, he seemed to indicate that he was getting out of this business completely, so to me this is more a sign that he wasn't being completely honest with us (what's to say someone that orders one of those off ebay will even receive it?), but that's just speculation on my part. In any case, an interesting find none the less, and I would personally still steer very clear.

If he was shutting down his business, wouldn't it make sense that he'd be selling his personal projects?

That's what I get out of it, and what Matt has communicated to me. Obviously anyone dealing with Matt should take the entire situation into consideration, but if he doesn't sell his items, how exactly is he going to pay those of us that he owes? Can we fault him for trying to generate cash?

If it would've come down to legal action, in my situation, I'm confident that I could've successfully won a judgment against him. That said, if he has no money to pay me with, there's not a whole lot that could be done. Other than damaging his credit, I still wouldn't have seen any money.

In all honesty, I'd much rather be satisfied with my refund and extra items, rather than spend the time and money it would take to prosecute this issue. I'd still gladly go through with it should he renege, but I have to believe he is making a concerted effort to resolve these problems.




Also, could people not involved in this cease their communications with Matt? All that you are accomplishing is to waste his time, and subsequently the time of people whom he actually owes. I have zero tolerance for someone endangering my chances of receiving compensation, and would explore any avenues of legal recourse I may have in the event that that occurs. Apparently, your IP's have been logged, and I will turn them over to the proper authorities if I have reason to believe a crime has been committed.

Given all that we've been through, I'm a little concerned that what is also going on is that he's trying to generate the funds to actually ship the packages he said he already shipped. That, you know, they haven't already shipped actually.

It seems as if the ONLY people who've received packages were from the "re-shipped" group.

Either way, I guess I don't care, provided I eventually receive my items.

I just wish that everything could be 100% on the up and up.

This is the SECOND time my items have been shipped and yet somehow something happened to them so that they didn't make it to me, but were instead shipped back to RSO.

To the best of my knowledge, the ONLY people who have received anything are the people who had something "resent" after the Post Office "messed up".

While I am not familiar with any of the circumstances or issues Matt may be having on his end... in the 1,600+ combined successful transactions (between my wife and myself), I have never had a PayPal payment "tied up" for 21-days for any reason. People paying via electronic-check are held for a short time. Unverified international eBay'ers payments may take longer. However, PayPal-to-PayPal payments should post internally overnight and be available the next day. PayPal withdrawls to a linked checking account take three to five days to post, if you have "verified" the checking account, which takes 24-hours to do the first time. A mailed payout check from them will take 7-to-10 days. Beyond that, I can't find a situation that would require a 21-day hold... so we'll just have to hang out and wait till he's ready to resolve his transactions.

Newer members with low feedback (less than 5 I believe) have a hold on the funds received until confirmation that the buyer received the item with a tracking number or feedback from the buyer ( as long as 21 days). He currently has a feedback rating of 8 (most stating how fast shipping was).

Well, it was a holiday weekend, and the post would have been closed till Tuesday. Matt e-mailed last night and it sounded like there were only the two largest packages left to be re-sent by him (mine being one).

The 21-day hold on funds would have been from the date of payment received, not the start or end date of the auction. Some of the larger auctions did not end till 6/22 so there will be one more week or so to reach the 21-day mark. And then, I could not tell if PayPal considers it being "calendar" days, "business" days or they give a specific date for releasing the funds. Nothing to really do till PayPal decides to release the payments he has received.


I have some funds on-hold for Matt, from kit sales, pending receipt of my package from him. In speaking with Matt, I have agreed to disburse those funds directly to people he ows $$ to. So if you are expecting an MO in the mail or some other payment, you may end up receiving it from me directly. This will expedite the process and save on fees in both directions. When I receive my package from Matt, he will then provide me contact information for those awaiting funds from him and we'll go from there. That's the current plan.

Glad to hear some movement on this. I was beginning to worry the MO would be delayed even further.

Well, we were shopping around for a Warhound and you were the one we ended up settling on because we liked the other Warhounds you had made in the past.

We paid $140 for it and I am going to consult with my brother and dad about whether he wanted to Warhound itself or to go with the refund.

Do you still have the Warhound itself completed? It'd be nice to know that it's still around. And if so could we get some pictures of it before we pursue getting the Warhound if we decide to go that way?

Side note.... a certain member that ripped me off over a year ago has been posting again. I PMed asking about the supply cost he said he would at least promise (i have the emails)...

He feels because of this transaction report on me, he owes me nothing.

well matt....ive assumed our matter was gone...ive moved on........theres nothing more to discuse about this....and in my opinion at seeing the transaction report nothing is owed.....because id just be another name on that list,and i really dont whant to be apart of this,so im staying away and really theres nothing more to talk about.....

How am I not owed what was agreed just because I still owe others? EVer consider that I would simply take that money for a complete tower and use it to pay back lets say Rick? or Arklite? But instead with this report people that owe me, refuse to pay. And mind you these are for things people either got or cheated me out of.

He had me build a tower, lied to me about paying, then when it was done, said he couldnt afford it but would pay the supply cost. There are a few 'recent arrivals' that have caused a bit of an uproar here.

Matt/RSO has NOT denied any legitimate claim against him to date, and is working to resolve them all.

I think we're getting close to the '21 days' hold time end, so things really should be resolved within a week, I think.

When I last spoke with Matt, he implied there were only two packages left to reship: mine and Alpharius'. I have not been able to get in touch with him since then, so I can't confirm if they were successfully put in the mail, and don't have any other details beyond that.

I have had sporadic contact with Matt as well, but have NOT received any confirmation that packages were shipped, and certainly no tracking numbers yet.

He did reaffirm that the plan was to get everything shipped 'this week', so, as 'this week' has only 4 shipping days left in it, counting today...

I've gotten some good contact with Matt recently and it looks like things are going to be resolved pretty soon. Hopefully I'll be able to get a tracking number sooner rather than later, but Matt has been nothing but courteous up to this point and I am very hopeful that this will finally get resolved.

I sent pictures long ago. Im sorry you forgot as did I but if I need to I will post the entire email chain here as screen shots. Im once again fowardeing the chain to you as well as the pictures.

As for me signing on here, even earlier today, that in no way means im ignoring you or anyone else.

I cant stress this enough. Not everyone is the center of the universe. Its not ment in a bad way, simply that I can only do so much in a shoirt period of time as for example, logging on to make money to pay people back and most of all, eat , pay rent and medicla bills.

Im not making excuses but seriously, i havent vanished in 3 years of being online nor have I changed my name. It usets me people keep implying ive vanished.

Messages from Matt seem to indicate a large window of opportunity for shipping on Thursday and Friday.

Any updates from anyone? I haven't received the refund from paypal, nor any word from Matt since July 5th.

I last heard from him tuesday or wednesday. He was to ship 2(?) boxes by today.
don't know who's(other than 1 was Troopers) or if they've been shipped.

He responded quickly when I reminded him he was going to return a FW dozer blade and send some rivets, but nothing yet.

Not exactly high priority stuff I'll admit.

Nothing here yet either, and one of the two boxes is mine, so, TODAY is the DAY!!!
