Absolutely. Especially any other Inquisitor minis. That range was a great and characterful look into the 'back alleys' of 40K. Gregor Eisenhorn is a particular high point. Thanks!
Ask and you shall receive. Here's a few more, with a Catachan for scale. First up is Witchhunter Tyrus. Whatever you do, don't look at his mold lines!
A never-quite-finished Delphan Gruss. Not sure what happened to his maniples, he looks a bit naked without them.
An unpainted Eversor.
And a generic Bounty Hunter.
I've got to dig through a bit but between my brother and I we also have the Desperado, the Acro-Flagellent, the Imperial Cultist with Eviscerator, the Chaos Magus, and the Daemonhost. I believe the latter two remain in San Diego where I was planning on turning them into daemon princes. @Waaagh_Gonads, yer Magus is out of the park. Such exciting, bright colors. He looks properly scary and unhinged.

Well, since we seem to have come to the =][= portion of the tour, I may as well put these guys up. When Inquisitor came out, I was all on board. Awesome models, sweet fluff, open style character creation and gameplay. Then we realized what sort of investment that meant for terrain, planning, and one of our group went out and bought 5 Space Marines to be his force. Aaaand...that was it. For myself, I was still quite into the models and enjoyed converting them, but then, as used to happen more often back then, I didn't have the stones to carry through with painting. So these remain in their unpainted state, and others are still unassembled. One day, maybe.

I’ve got the 2 on the right kicking around somewhere. The far right guy in the robe in part of Ral Partha’s leveling up character line. Cleric. Mid level guy in chainmail, mace I think. High level guy in plate with a bigger weapon.

Some 3E Grey Knight Terminators I recently finished!
These are among my favorite models GW has ever made, and I basically built the army just for them over the course of...several editions
I've got one squad of the newer plastics that I use as Paladins since they're visually distinguishable (there's a blurry partial of one in the lower right corner of the bottom pic), but I really like these older 3E dudes a lot.
I am also *really* over painting purity seals.

Being a 3rd generation mini painter I actually have a few gems that have been passed down to me, mostly from my grandmother who has impeccable taste in getting an impressive number of Grenadier dragons. I need to get to the ones I've finished to take pics but here's a beautiful wrist-breaker my grandma never got to painting and has been taunting me for a few years now:

About to start turn 4 now. Took a break for dinner. I have pics, will post later.
The new guy was part of my army modernization project, circa 5-6th edition. Almost all of my tac squads were the classic ML/Flamer loadout. I wanted to update, so I didn’t need to change guys out from the swap shelf every game. But I also didn’t want to have a “modern” mark mixed up in the RT squads. So his squad got a HB and a combi flamer sarge both meticulously assembled in classic beakie armor.

I do have spare RT guns kicking around, and bodies in parts/soaking. It would not be hard to do.
If I put my mind to it, I could also get another 5 man terminator squad done, and have more HQs in the wings. Not sure if I could do a 2k list. It might be stretching it a bit. It would get harder and harder to deal with hard targets, as the bulk of my firepower is assorted missile launchers. I put this list together because I noticed that I had enough bodies to do a battalion, 50 guys on the table.
I’ll upload the pics later and do a write up in my blog. It was a very close game. I was in the lead for most of it, but at the end of the game, it came down to a single die roll.

As promised, here's my Redemptionists. The one on the far left I painted on Saturday; every other model probably has a twelve or thirteen-year-old paintjob. Boy howdy, but paints must have been thicker back then!

In retrospect, I don't think I ordered the Redemptionist starter box - I seem to remember ordering them piece-meal. The priest I have is different from the one in the starter box, I believe.

I think this is one of the first citadel miniatures I ever owned, it's certainly one of the only ones to be still with me after 30+ years. It was badly chipped and most of the paint had been worn away so last year I stripped and repainted in the same colour scheme I did when I was about 13. The shield was long gone, so I made him a double bad ass with a demon weapon. He deserves it.

I haven't seen these guys represented yet. They are currently in my maybe re-do pile. They were the first models I got to what I considered a good standard, back in the dark ages. I didn't even highlight their armour, it was before hard highlights were popular.

Ahh, the 2nd ed starter “I <3 my bolter” marines. Classic, and the back bone of many a force back in the day. I had two squads of them filling slots in my battle company for years. My son, while born well after they went OOP, inherited a couple squads from his uncle. This is his first painted mini:

Heh. I don’t throw anything away.
Classically I keep my battle company on it’s own space. Other supporting units and lone models live on other shelves. But even those were getting cluttered, so some stuff got bumped further down.
Right now they are in the drawer of the china cabinet that houses my spare bits. Hanging out in the back, but standing respectfully on a movement tray, not just tossed back there.
At some point I need to get more storage space. My plans to head to Ikea and grab some nice glass displays was canceled with the rest of my summer plans. I suspect that when I move my year to date progress shelf onto the main shelves, some of the stemware holding fast on the upper shelf is going to be displaced.

Time for a bit more non GW:
Just finished painting up all of these Koralon for Void (which may be coming back), these recently got made available again from Seb Games but these sculpts have got to be at least 20 years old by now.

I like the Green/purple colour scheme on these. Very Hulk.
They also have some funky looking weapons.

Cheers. Was going for more Devastator/Scorponok vibes (particularly the former with the very bright green), but Hulk works too.

Nice paints Grimtuff. Are those metallics or canny highlighting?

Vermis wrote:

I specifically went with using zero metallics on those, wanted to see if I could and have everything be natural. They're undercoated black then the coral parts are based warboss green and highlighted with vallejo yellow green and washed with CDA green ink. The flesh is vallejo royal purple then a drybrush of that mixed with valljo bronzed flesh then pure bronzed flesh. Weapons are vallejo medium sea grey then highlighted with vallejo Iraqi sand. Whole thing was then washed with Druchii violet and certain bits highlighted up again like the coral to get that lovely bright green like a Constructicon.
Always loved these minis, it was those that broke me out of the GW ecosystem (cannot remember what happened to my original ones, sod's law says I'll find them one day) so when I found Seb Games had them in production again I snapped them up PDQ.

Love seeing those old rogue trader beakies. I almost managed to get my hands on an unopened box of them for around $50.00 but some scalper outbid me in the last second of the sale. Saw it relisted later for almost $300.00. I think I was most offended that he didn't even want to open them up and put them together...

Thanks! Those things are Armorcast (pre-Forgeworld) Tyranids monsters. Basically up-scalled Epic models to fit in 40k back in 2nd edition
First one is a Malefactor that I converted (I made the mouth up front) to be used as an Haruspex.
The duo are the old Exocrine, used as-is
I also got the Haruspex (the Armorcast one, no link to the newest one really, just re-used name) that I modified a bit and will be a Tyrannofex with Rupture Cannon. But still unpainted for now (those are simpler models and very quick to do, so whenever I feel like painting it it'll be done in the same day!).

I really would not have guessed that the mouth on that creature wasn't an official part of the model. That's impressive work.

Was looking for my sniper scout torsos that I have misplaced. Found my old Wolf Scout that I never painted. Him and a couple of metal snipers were purchased on 2004.
With him is an old Gene Stealer Hybrid. I don't know where he is from. His single arm had a Marine shoulder pad on until it fell off. He used to have a Plasma Gun that I gave to my Legion of the Damned.

Man, so many cool old stuff here, I don't know about that elf fellow, but love those dorfs for sure!
I can appreciate the old models and the oldschool style
Even though do not have nostalgia because only found out about warhammer after reading MalusDarkblade in 2009, and year later played Dawn of War I on friends comp and bough my first miniature in about 2010.
But I got few of,,, I hope GW 's, old models from a good friend! I know Ungrim is out of print for sure.
I do not know about the plastic dwarfs warriors and crossbow guys, they seem old, but I don't know where they are from.
Also, the dwarf with the keg mug, keg my conversion, but the model I know is from GW, but don't know how old it is or if it is in print or not.
Old paintjob! mostly with that professional level wood stain finish
Sorry for poor pictures, will take better ones when launch my KARAK GARAZ_NGOL project.
Glad to participate

Dwarves? OK
One of these minis was painted a couple of decades after the others, can you guess which?
This was a try at Celtic freehand. Turned out OK.
But that angle doesn’t show off the boar on his helmet. Because Oldhammer, that’s why.
I know I’ve got one or two more kicking around, and a handful that still need paint.

So I finished painting those last 3 terminators. And put chapter markings on all of the battle brothers (I forgot to pull the HQs from the shelf when doing the project) 4 squads and some HQs. And about 20lbs of metal. (ok, slight exaggeration, but I did worry about breaking the little wooden tray I use to drag stuff around for photoshoots)

Post by: Don Qui Hotep
Nice, Nevalon! Both the dwarves and those marines. Did the tray start to buckle in the middle?
Here's another bit of pewter, an icon bearer of Slaanesh. In my ignorance as a child I painted him up to be a plague marine... oh what a simple summer child I was.

I think what this thread is proving is that Jes Goodwin was lightyears ahead of his time.
Sweet box:
With perhaps the worst 'Eavy metal paintjob of all time on the boxart:
You are legally obliged to paint all 80s Eldar with orange Cocaine-era David Bowie hair:
My favourite guardian sculpts:
The very old Throt the Unclean model was great, and looked really '3d' in a time of very flat minis:
Skaven were great from day 1:
Severly overpainted Genestealer Ork Hybrids (!?). They are on Ebay at the moment if anyone is interested

Hi Gobert - these guys will def get some paint, but think they may stay 'original' rather than get the 'Mad Dok' treatment. I've got a few other conversion projects bubbling along in the back of my mind and sometimes its nice to just paint things
I'll link some pics here when they're done!

I have a bunch of those guys, im saving them for an old school Blood Axe project, gonna see if I can orkify them a bit maybe.
I just finished these for my Guard, they are a bit bigger, like more heroic innit
I'm not very good at photos so you can't really tell, but re: hair, to get the effect of a shaved head I just did less/thinner coats of flesh over the black basecoat (im painting quickly with just washes, no highlights) - your's looks awesome though, must have taken a while.

RT-era plastic Marine - the start of a new force for 2nd edition 40K games.
