The sculpts look great once you find them in suitable size pictures on your website.

That being said, your site is intensely hard to navigate. Interested to see more of your stuff though.

I'll give the rules a look, but I can tell you this much:

Even if I end up being completely uninterested in the game, and even if I decide I don't want any other miniature, I do want that Plague Doctor. Plague Doctors=awesome.

I'm really impressed with your website, as well.

ALOT of material, and plenty of additional extras that really are useful.

When available, I'd like a few of those Deep ones, and that Plague Doctor's Gang.

I was up in Italy up in the norte, Those guys look exactly like the Carnevales up in the Vicenza Region.

Visually Stunning....

These are only some of the buildings up there. Goes great for the scenery of the game. Use the Pegasus Gothic ruins, and some of those Wedding cake pillers and some cork board to make the square.

I'm in the middle of working on a 2 block square, and a small western town, but I'll crank it out and show you with the scenery in your website, and the stuff I scap together for the Carnevale Board. Going to start working it ASAP.

Your game has me really excited.

Here are two of the buildings over in Vicenza that I used to hang out in. These buildings have extensive secret back alleys and passages all over the area. Theres a sweet cavern complex under the city that reminded me of that one under Paris, France.

Hence- Thats where the deep ones would be inhabiting. Theres a cool plague fort out there that I didn't get a chance to get to, but they had it on Ghost Adventures. I saw it from the shore, but was too late to try to get over there. The girls I had in tow kept me busy the whole time. Giggity gigigity Gig it TY!!!

Venice is like two or three stops....

Building pics for the examples-

I still love this game.

Makes me want to start stomping heads to some Opera.

Where are the boxed sets available from? I would like some of those Cthuhlu gangs, and the Doctors.

Any good suggested areas to get some of the renasance archatecture in 28-33MM?

Amazing stuff, as always!!!!

What was that opera with the clown? THAT guy is one you need to do as a guy in this game. a hulking white clown psychopath, who rolls in from left field as a big strong guy/ brute type.

another one you need is the obligatory murderous lady in white who preys on people for blood to keep her young.

Lotta love for this game!!! amazing work here!

It's Pagliacci. He isn't really a hulking brute in the opera, but once he finds out his wife is making him a cuckold for real as opposed as just part of their play, then he goes ballistic and kills her and her lover on stage. La Commedia è finita! – "The play is over!"

Since I'm not sure how Carnevale works, this might not apply, but in Malifaux some figures get more powerful (or weaker) under certain circumstances. One character even changes sides! Perhaps a hypothetical Pagliacci character could start ordinary, then transform into a powerhouse if something in game reminds him of his faithless wife.

The necromantic investigations bear ripe fruits. Might this be the first step towards immortality? A new member joins the ranks of the Ospedale. With its terrible power, it doesn't feel pain nor fear. The good people of Venice have a new nightmare to fear.

The last miniature of this new launch. The huge Radru-Rashaar.
The Radru-Rashaar has had the chance to feed, and with feeding comes growth and might. He is not only feared by any human who lays eyes on him, but also by his own Rashaar people. There's always a bigger fish!

Faction: Rashaar
Sculptor: Jaques-Alexandre Gillois

I can't say it enough, I love this game!

I'm in for Dagon, and the Ospedal for the first two factions. In a crunch for the cash, so I'll be getting the next two in a couple oef months!

The first miniature for this relase: the Captain of the Guard, from the Patricians Faction.

The troops are ready to follow the lead of their most veteran members. The Captain of the guard is responsible for commanding his troops, always at the service of the paying noble class.

Enjoy it:

The second miniature for this release: the Butler, from the Patricians Faction.

Most of the decadent nobles wouldn't be able to tie their shoes without the help of their personal servants.
There's no doubt in that going out into the streets to assault the poor can be that kind of business that might require the help of the faithful Butler

To finish this release we show you those spectacular minis: The Alchemist Doctors, from Ospedale Faction.

The Doctors of the Ospedale call the aid of the odd-looking Alchemist Doctors, always surrounded in nauseating fumes and all sorts of acidic chemical compounds.

And this is the second model released this very week!

If this Syphilitic Noble doesn't give you the creeps, we don't know what would! It also includes an alternate head that you can use to build the figure as a Noble or a Barnaboti.

Oh man, those would be AMAZING for a Ravenloft D&D game. Shame you don't have a US retailer with an online store or I'd probably order one of everything.

I have a whole load of the Carnevale stuff, due in some part to Maelstrom's meltdown - I got them on the cheap, and I can confirm that they are some the most finely detailed and beautifully sculpted minis I have ever seen. Really like the look of that white collar thief model too.

Wow; this stuff is really nice. Anyone know if there's an online retailer for these things in the US? I saw the link for a distributor on the previous page, but I don't think I'm going to set up a retail outlet of my own just to order from them.

I will admit that I'm getting more and more tempted by Carnevale. Lots of games going at the minute though, so could be difficult to fit another one in.

Really tempted though.

This is an interesting rumour/bit of news about the game

http://theshellcase.co.uk/2013/04/16/wayland-games-to-acquire-vesper-on-games/

"It has been revealed to me by an anonymous source that as part of Wayland Games’ bid to launch a game studio that they will be acquiring Vesper-On Games, the people who product Carnivale.

What this means for the company is yet unknown beyond Wayland clearly looking to use their infrastructure to produce HOX. I suspect Carnevale will continue to be sold as a revenue stream for the new business whilst they get their own game off the ground. But time will tell"

I think I'm going to hold off on any Carnevale purchases for the foreseeable until its clear what the future holds for the game.

This is new release week!

Keep an eye on this space, but in the meanwhile we've also redesigned the packaging card of two of our Starter sets. AND JUST BECAUSE YOU ASKED FOR IT, the contents of the Doctors of the Ospedale Starter set have changed. We've switched one Doctor of the Arsenale for a Warden.

We'd love to! But plastic is something extremely expensive for a company like us... at least for the time being.
