Can some one start a Iron warrior centered thread to co-ordinate Our attacks? So that we can as a Legion reunited Can lay siege to a Made up planet. In a sort of Irregular, informal, laid-back, Campiagn.

Nice work on the demon prince, that model has so many conversion opportunities and you did a great job on making it immediately recognizable as iron warriors.

Just read the entire thread. Great stuff I must say absolutely love the originality of this project. I was wondering are the majority of your creations made form a GW kit-bash or do you include pretty much anything that you think adds to the miniature.

I ask because I would like to start adding a few conversions to my loyalist marine army.

It's mostly GW kitbash - there are a few bits and pieces out of here and there like cogs, gears, engine parts and a few little bits and bobs. Majority GW though.

Just over 3 1/2 years ago I finished this army. I didn't think I would do it all over again, but the bug has bitten me and I'm going to build the entire thing again with some new elements and some old.

It's been a while, I've had a big year of change and so forth - but I think it's time to begin anew

I can't wait.

Though I do wonder why use your precious modeling time for redoing the same army instead of using your amazing skills on other projects?

Good to have you back one way or the other.

I'm glad you're back, Lemming! Your stuff has been a big inspiration to me and one of the reasons I joined Dakka. Excited to see what you turn out in the future.

I do love the army, the feel, the colour scheme, everything about it. There are a couple of things I wasn't happy with the first time around and would like to give it another go. That said - I have 4 projects awaiting my attention - my skaven which are in various states of assembly: I haven't been able to decide on a suitable colour scheme, my dark angels: I'll be painting them in similar to pre-heresy death guard colours (chipped white, silver/brass edging, green shoulderpads), a commission necron army: orange power cores, silver bodies, white shoulder plates, and of course my chaos army which has arrived in two large boxes of goodies!
