It's an expensive starter thanks to the big-ass models at £36

Looks like it'll be £5.50 for the regular guys, and £8.50 for the Sogarat.
I may modify these prices slightly to work out the best balance, Maybe £6 for the Oznat and Sgt Major which would reduce the Sogarat to £7.50
If folks would be ok with that, of course...

Shao Lin + ccw (right or left handed) is the monk with the staff close combat weapon, held in either right or left hand.

Shao Lin + cr is the monk with combirifle

Shao Lin + chain is the monk with the chain rifle

The Chasseur is one that seldom becomes available - it's a highly sought after mini, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the rest of the box, particularly the Grey with 2 shotguns. From this, it's not always financially viable for me to break out the Chasseur.
I'll keep you in mind, but there is always a queue and it goes down veeeeery slowly :/

I am sure that is what will happen. its just farther down my purchase order when I tend to grab a box and a blister at a time, but I got models to paint and fix (since i lost the stupid numbers) so I am in no hurry.

The entire first wave of the new Morat, Dire Foes, Karakuri and Aleph support have all had mispacks.

I had a friend open a Morat AG Force pack at our FLGS and it had the Chaksa from the Gorgos pack replacing a model. I didn't catch which one it replaced but still. :/

Moderator with combi rifle, any apart from the chick with the lollipop

Not exactly sure how this works as some of these are singles and so wouldn't come from a split box per se... Should probably leave it at that, its easy to want everything it seems.

Ok, I'm proposing a new idea for splitting over on thr official forums but I would also like to know what you guys think:

I have tried to keep the cost of split minis as even as possible to keep individual prices down, but the Herpes minis are mounting up...
I have done some proportional pricing but looks like it's time to take it a step further.
boxes usually have around 2 Undesirables, so where possible I would reduce them to £1 each.

The rest would be increased to £6.50.

Main example so far has been the Steel Phalanx which would then look like this:
For £6.50:
Eudoros + Mk12
Myrmidon Hacker
Thorakitai + cr
Thorakitai + Chain

For £1:
Thorakitai + lrl
Agema Marksman

How would something like that go down?
Unfortunately I can't do this with every box, but I shall make an attempt if there was a desire for it.

Sounds like a good idea, and should help you shift a lot of 'undesirables' while giving people access to minis for conversions and what not!

There are, unfortunately, boxes that it may not quite work for...
Those are generally the boxes that only have 1 desireable.
Ariadna with its Chasseur and Aleph with its Asura; altering the prices like that would render the benefits of splitting the box pointless, as it would just bring the split items to the same price as their clamshells :/

The Mech Engineer is the one from the support pack, and the Kameel is indeed r+ ls.

As for the Agema, I have none left at the moment but the very low price was to reflect the fact that no-one really likes anyone carrying a rocket of any sort :/
I had a big pile of them sitting here for ages before I lowered the price.
