So my compressor broke down and i ordered a new one and got a wrong one, then ordered another one and that one took 2 weeks to arrive but here i am again back in business!

Singleton: It's a basecoat of black silver, then a drybrush of boltgun then a wash with oil paint to create rust effects then drybrushed with silver and then i used weathering powders.

Death Guard themed mechanicum army commission 9 ursarax and 3 thallax.
And another Darkmechanicum army commission with a Russ to go with the space wolves i've already painted for him 6 ursarax and 6 myrmidons.

Those are beautiful! Would you mind sharing which colors you used to paint the black on the Eldar? I'm thinking of doing Ulthwe but don't know how I should airbrush black so it doesn't look flat or grey.

Those Iron Warriors are perfect.

You really churn the work out quite quickly, but unlike other similar high volume painters I've seen, I can see the care and attention to detail in each piece.

love those iron warriors. the dark gun-metal works really well. love the fact there aren't hazard strips everywhere. The weathering is great & the dusty feet just set the whole scheme off.

Yes i didn't want them to be hazard stripe all over the place, i like the stripes but think they work much better when used in a subtle way.

Been a bit quiet but im back with updates again!
Some more ultramarines and custodes, the custodes army has changed a bit since my client and i decided to go with a candy red (clear red tamiya) instead of the normal red i already did.
The army is coming along pretty fast now so i hope to post more updates on it soonish!

That's a lovely blue on the Ultras and I like where the white accents have been applied to the tanks.

Pictures are a bit hard to take with all the bright colors so they are a bit wierd imho

Really stupid thing but I love the detail on the little nurgling thingy on Morty's base :-)

Also looking at that fantastic scenery has reminded me to actually get around to painting the crane/mini-engine set.

The orange you chose on the scythe and gun contrasts perfectly with mortarion, a great choice and a stellar job overall. Loving the yellow terrain, I have a can of averland sunset primer that should make painting mine in a similar scheme really easy, thanks for the inspiration!

Good question!
First a black basecoat, then Vallejo white with airbrush then Vallejo light sea blue with airbrush then a oil wash with a blue oil paint then airbrushed white again on the flat surfaces and that i drybrushed with white (lol lots of white!)
Then i added snow to them.

Today something i bought from a friend and build for myself in my overtime hours.
The tank came as in the first picture, i wanted to make a Tormentor (perturabo's personal transport) for a long time but just found the retail of the kit is to much for a tank that i will probably not play that often in my heresy iron warrior army.
But then my friend had his on sale and was build to the right variant that i wanted to use for it and for a good price i could not resist!
I used the following parts:
Lots of Plastic card
- Radar dish is from the space marine hunter tank.
- Plastic vent system in the back is from a vindicator.
- Vox things that come with the bastion kit on the side.
- Tow chain from the razorback kit.
- Screen on the back door is from a storm raven i believe just cut it out from the the rest of the plastic.
- Old land speeder engine on the back
- 2 lamp kind of things on the back from one of the scenery kits.
- Gun barrel is from the war hound turbolaser with some other part attached to it no clue where its from just found it in my bits box.

So here is the outcome:

Very nice work as always, friend. Really digging the verdigris and heat wear particularly.

The tracks on the landraider are from blood and skull industries, i really like them! They give that extra heresy feeling to a landraider, i have 1 more set of these but need to buy me another landraider MK2b.

OOOHh man i was hoping you would paint some Kharadron Overlords. And you did not disappoint. Great color scheme and it has got to be said weathered metals is one of your strong points.
Do you use GW's paints or do you strictly use Valejo's?

Nah i use scale75 and vallejo metalics Should really give the scale75 metals a try they are very good, but do get agitator balls with them and shake them very very good!

A huge Nightlords heresy army incoming! i sold my night lords to a clinet and he has upped the army with a huge amount of tanks and infantry so stay tuned for more of this army the coming 2 months!

Been so busy with painting the massive nightlords army that i didnt post any of the smaller commissions that i did in the meanwhile....

Big update! Finished the Night Lords army!
Tomorrow the client is going to pic it all up and bring the rest of the army i painted 2 years ago so i can take pictures of the +/- 25K! POINTS!


And also finished this warhound for the large mech army i did last year, he has joined the ranks next to his lost brother (see last picture)

It was hard to take pictures the army was so big i couldn't fit it on one table so my photo setup was kinda useless.
Thanks for all the nice words when i was doing this project it helped me to get motivated again when i was dreaming at night about lighting and bats haha!

Thanks, yes they are and yes you need to cut some stuff away to make them fit
