I've seen threads like these posted on other forums, and I thought it was a nice way to keep track of progress and share your daily accomplishments with everyone. Sort of like Syr's vows, but on a more daily basis. I always found it kind of encouraging to keep a log, so I thought I'd present the idea on Dakka. Feel free to post pictures, talk about your WIP projects, and all that other stuff.

So I'll start:

I assembled and began base-coating two Marder I's for a 334. Infanterie Division Grenadier list I want to try out in Flames of War. Very nice models by the way, just released in January. I'm going to give them a desert sand color scheme, since they're supposed to be part of the Tunisian campaign.

I've been working on this guy today. Part of a larger comissioned project. I'm not a huge fan of NMM (though I used to be) so it's wierd painting it again. I still have a chunk of work to do on the gold I think, but the blue is mostly done.

I finished that honor guard from before as well as preped the next one in line. I'm not happy about the pictures because the soft blue highlighting and shading is washed out and the subtle highlighting on the bolter is virtually gone. That and I always worry about NMM.

I dig the highlighting/glare effects on the metal bits, it's slick.
