With a little work those could be great Stormtroopers or something Orky. For example, replace the head with grots. Lots of grots.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

I was thinking sentinels, maybe with a boosted up base.

Do we have a size comparison on those? (it says 40mm base). I'm thinking it would make a pretty sweet Terminator, straight up.

Thanks for the tip KK.

Seriously, the game itself is pretty cool.

Both the 'main' game, SECRETS OF THE THIRD REICH and the 'Space Hulk-esque' INCURSION, the game for which these figures were initially designed, though they are usable in both!

The 'official' forum (http://secretsofthethirdreich.com/forums/index.php) is quite nice too, and you'd be hard pressed to find one with better support and posting from the designers themselves!

Meganob-style Guardsmen...

Megamen?

I like 'em. If I weren't waiting for the new IG Codex, I would consider buying some.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling, which thinks that nothing is worth war, is much worse. The person, who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Those things would make Super Cool ulternate Sisters of Battle for an IG army.

That armor is rad. I'd love to use it in Dark Heresy or Necromunda for... something.

It's too bad the mfg website is too cool to load in chrome.

That's probably my favorite figure from their line now. Absolutely awesome. I'm seriously considering picking up a squad of these guys now. Just to have. Maybe even to play, 40k or otherwise o.o.

They would definitly make good ogryn variants. Great meganobz too, though they are a bit tall and thing for that.

Ha!

You'd think so, no?

But, I just really like the actual game(s) itself.

Using them as "counts as" is just fine, of course, but I'd also like to see more people support the company itself, you know, the Little Guy.

I second the notion of using these as allies for a DKoK army. Man, that model is sweet. I usually don't like the proportions on "steampunk" armor (especially the PP stuff), but this looks fairly realistic and not too OTT. Nice.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

Here's another one...

http://www.tabletopgamingnews.com/2008/12/30/21608

I'm really trying to figure out what I could use these for in my IG army... I already have actual ogryn models, and already have plans to convert my own rough riders (using HE lions)...

Quite beautiful models. The Nazi zombies, doubly so.

Now we'll just have to build bigger sticks with bigger nails... But someday, someone will invent a stick and nail so big, it'll destroy our world!
