Diablo II, Knights of the Old Republic, Darkwatch, and Halo are the most played games for me. Screw modern gaming.
People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
Props to the love for Final Fantasy Tactics. I know exactly what you mean.
I can play through Silent Hill 1-4 over and over again. Sure, it doesn't have much actual replayability from a gameplay standpoint, but I have played through Silent Hill 2 over 100 times. Sad, huh?
I also find myself spending entirely too much time with the Elder Scrolls series. Mainly Morrowind (Not Oblivion, they took way too much content from that game).
Also, Grand Theft Auto IV is a game that's capable of ruining lives. If you haven't played through it (not just screwed around a bit), please do yourself a favor. You'll see what I'm talking about.

Fallout 2 (lost track of how many times i have played this game) ... Any of the total war games, MTW2 has sucked one hell of alot of my life from me ... Morrowind and Oblivion ... And to be fair any of the GTA games, was not so long ago i played GTA III through again
Here are my picks:
1. Final Fantasy [i have all of them and still like to play in rotation, FF Fan ^^*] [PS2, PSP, PS1, PC]
2. Dawn of War: Soulstorm, great campain. [PC]
3. Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, so much possibility [PC]
4. Left for Dead, so addictive [X-Box 360]
5. Destory All Humans 2, so funny and comic, a must play game, kill those hippies man [PS2]
6. Guitar Hero: World Tour, i dont know what happened but a friend got me hooked good music on it [PS3/360]
7. Crisis: Warhead, just fun [PC]
Diablo II everytime. soon as i get tired of a game i'm straight back to that,
Fable gets a run out every now and again also.

You know, I never managed to get past the first post-dungeon area of that game. Maybe I should pull that out of whatever box its lying in my room and give another try.
Top of the list is the best game ever Master Of Orion 2. Got the game in 97 or so when it was new and it has never left my computer. While I don't play it every day, it does still see pleanty of use.
After that are a lot of other empire building games...
Civilization (almost all of them)
Master Of Magic
X-Com UFO Defence (the first one)
And then other stuff
Diablo 2
Final Fantasy Tactics
Chrono Trigger (one of the only RPG's that I replay with any frequency)
**** Phoenix ****

If you liked Ogre Battle, please do yourself a huge favor and (if you haven't already) check out Final Fantasy Tactics and Vagrant Story (If you can find that one, it was a game that came out at the end of the PS1 cycle).
The exact same development team was behind the making of those two games as Ogre Battle/Tactics Ogre. And Final Fantasy Tactics shares a ton of similarities. And when I say 'exact same development team', I mean it. Same character artist, director, composer, everything.
Loved Ogre Battle as well, but Final Fantasy Tactics has a little bit of an upper hand. Not to mention that if you like Final Fantasy (Especially five), well...there's not much to lose by trying it out, is there?

Civilization 4 (with all expansions) and Simcity 4 are the two that are always installed and played throughout the year. Street Fighter (all variants) in MAME, all get a fair bit of playtime too.
Once or twice a year I'll pick up Railroad Tycoon 3, Transport Tycoon (openttd), Zelda (ocarina of time, majoras mask or a link to the past), an old Mario game (2,3,4), Galactic Civ 2, GTA3 San Andreas, Tropico (1 and 2), and one or more command and conquer games.

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II is getting a lot of attention from me, because it's so damn hard to play through.
