Seriously, historically the prices have never really bothered me (Though there was a period of shock when I left GW, and had to pay full price!) but this is....just....wow.

I mean, 5 Cold One Knights are (currently!) £12....so why more than double for Greatswords? I seriously hope this is another GW typo and it should read £15. Most other stuff does. Look at Black Orcs. £15 for 10. £25 is daft!

Not bad models, especially the archers. Didn't see them coming. At that price no one will buy the greatswords, though. Their choice.

Nah, not sure that's terribly accurate. People with trade accounts have been told Battleforces are going up by £5, and any other raises are in the 3-5% margin.

Yeah, those prices are not correct. I spoke to a friend at GW in Sales and he said that the website looked like it had the wrong prices on it.

What do terminators cost? Maybe the Greatsworders are getting a premium for their heavy armor and elite status?

I dunno mate. Most Empire boxes are in the £12 range, and for Warhammer stuff, the more elite units are £15 (like the Flagellants I think).

But £25? Pull the other one!

That plastic steam tank is going to make some Praetorian/Victorian 40k IG players very happy.

There does appear to be some error in the pricing on these models. The Steam Tank is $57.75 US as of this writing. $55, $58 and $60 are price points for GW, so $57.75 seems a bit odd. But there are often price errors on the GW website when new items get listed these days. Usually they are corrected within a couple days. I also found it interesting that, assuming the Steam Tank price is even close to correct, it costs about the same as a Valkyrie and more than a Land Raider.
