Of course it does, you cannot vote! Little known fact: Within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland It is legal from the age of 5 and up to drink alcoholic beverages in a Beer Garden provided that someone over the age of 18 had purchased it for you at the Bar Area.
