Nifty!

Guy on wolf - Still the dumbest model and concept they've come up with in years.
Loki guy - Creepy grin.

All the rest - gold!

The more I see of Wolves on Wolves, the less that I like them.

Njal looks sweet.

Only a few more weeks to wait !!! I've been looking forward to a full Space Wolf redo for years !!!

I wonder if the Canis model (the rider only) is separate from the wolf so I can mount him on a cool looking wolf. Or are his legs molded as part of the wolf ?

I bet Canis' legs are cast with the wolf's body.

Now don't get me wrong, the plastics are B E A Utiful, BUT does it not look like the trickster is a spotty teenage oik, wrestling his way out of his duvet, finding it a little difficult as he fell asleep wearing his baseball sponge mitt?

And why has he got an eldar scope on the top of his plasma pistol?

grrrrrr. Juan- sort it out!

All GW stores, and some of the larger independent retailers have had copies for about two weeks.

In my opinion, yes, it's competitive. Is it broken all to hell and a monkey can run the army? No It's not Vulkan/Thunderflamerspam, nor is it Nidzilla or double lash. The flashy bitz like special characters and Thunderwolf Cav aren't what's going to make a killer army. I think the best values in the SW codex are Grey Hunters, Scouts, and Bloodclaws, with Wolfguard leaders. YMMV.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

That's so you can by a SM tactical box and kit them out with silly hair styles too! I was hoping for some more subdued dos, as it were, but still have the wacky huge mohawks. The wolves must have a lot of hair gel.

I guess mine will be helmeted. I was happy to see it came with the helmet shaped like a wolf's head (two of them, even).

Its sad that the model for Lukas looks so bad, as his art picture in the Codex is actually quite cool. I'm sure you could do a good representation using the new plastic bits.

Im confused as well , why the need for 56 heads
and all those different leg variants?

Are they like complete lower torso ( termies? )

Is it me or does the Termies come with 3 complete sets of weapons?
if yes, then im 100% getting them

The extra heads/parts is so that you can mix them in with regular devastor/assault/tactical boxes to make the equivalent SW squads. There are also scout heads for making wolf scouts.

Yup, I'm thinking toothpicks and drills. A garden of space puppy heads on stakes should look mighty fine.

The current sets have the same amount of leg variants so nothing new there except that these will have SW icons on them.

Just so you guys know, there are heads that won't fit on power armor torsos. They have heads for scouts too. They have the Geordi La Forge head too but it's wolfed out. The scout heads are slightly smaller than the other helmetless ones.

Club me. Ain't I cute?

I don't see why everyone hates Lukas so much. His pose isn't the best, but GW has been doing that a lot lately...Khan and Vulkan didn't have the best poses, either.

His grin really doesn't bother me, seeing as how he's called "the Trickster" and all.

I got to assemble part of a wolf pack tonight, that a friend has had for a few days.

It is sweet.
Bucket load of options and the chainswords are the double sided type similar to the CSM ones.

The only real complaint is that there are way to many heads, way to few embossed shoulder pads and they still insist on doing the 'long hair blowing in a wind tunnel' look on one of the heads.

Perhaps some of the designers idolise the Sports Illustrated cover model look a little too much.

Nothing worth winning ever came easy.

nice. I think they're all really nice. I wonder will they redesign the wolf scouts? I hope they get a better deal in the codex than a 0-1 elites choice slot!

I'm looking forward to getting more grey hunters!

They're not.

That Grey Hunters box comes with Wolf Scout heads so that you can combine it with the existing Scouts.
