Yes, that includes all orders even ones outside the country. UK, and OZ customers take advantage of this sale. Free shipping on the 1520 ends December 1st. By calling in you actually get $75.00 off the 1520 with the Black Friday discount plus you save the free shipping that normally cost an additional $65.00. That's almost $150.00 off our normal price.

Romeo, this is kind of off-topic but:

If I have a highly converted miniature, and I would only feel confident with it having an even more customized (than your usual custom offers) place in the tray, would you do it?

For example, lets say you cut out a birds-eye-view kind of slot for one of my minis (like you normally offer), but the model has a lot of tall, spiky things on it that could possibly break off inside the "cube" of foam, could you make a custom "insert" that would form around all the spiky bits and have the ability to be pressed down into the models spot? (Like basically a form-fitted insert that I can put around the model give the model complete coverage.) Sorry, this is really hard to explain over the Internet and sorry for the incredibly off-topic question.

Hi,

ZacktheChaosChild - Actually its totally cool and its talking about the product so its no problem. The answer to your question is yes, we can do it. I know exactly what your looking for an how your looking to do it.

The way we work around problems like this is by leaving the cut out foam inside the tray. That means that when you get your custom cut shapes you will also get the empty space foam that we normally recycle. You can then pull out that plug of foam and with a nice new razor blade you can cut it into any shape you like. This lets you do as much detail work on the little spacers as you need without having us mess things up.

Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks a lot man, but what will exactly cut the foam accurately? I basically want a Sorc or a Lord (chaos) and he will have a Palanquin of Nurgle and I'm going to sculpt a throne on top with icons, the model himself, and spiky stuff. I really want to make sure this guy is protected.

Would an Exacto blade work well? (I have some bad expierences with razor blades) What exactly do you guys cut the foam with? (If THAT is a business secret I will perfectly understand if you can't tell me )

Hi,

ZachtheChaosChild - Ya, you can totally use a razor blade or any kind of sharp blade that you normally hobby with. The foam cuts really well and is a breez to work with as long as the blade is sharp. With you doing the cuts on the insert you can really take your time and decide what fit is best to secure the model.

Romeo, do you know if your C4 pack would fit Malifaux figures, at least something like what comes in this set. http://wyrd-games.net/shop/product.php?productid=16234&cat=265&page=1

Because it seems too small from what I've seen in the video, am I right? Or did I miss something. I just suck at depth perception and things like that, heh.

Or if you could get rid of the metal binder and stick more foam in there for card packs?

Hi,

ZyklonB - That's a good questions. I don't really know the game very well so I'm just guessing here but I don't see a problem. The figs look like they are on PP style bases so those are no problem. The C4 gives you 2 inches of foam to put models in. Its a smaller bag but its meant for card games and low model count games like bloodbowl. The fit would totally depend on the amount of models the game requires.

Hope that helps.

I got the Battlefoam Space Hulk trays for me and my son and we like them a lot. I've seen other Battlefoam products and it certainly is good stuff.

So a P.A.C.K. 1520 PLUCK FOAM LOAD OUT would be $150 with free shipping on Black Friday? Oh, don't tempt me.

Hi BrassScorpion - No, it is 25% off of $300.00 if you go custom. That is a savings of $75.00 off the $300.00 price. Then we also have free shipping to anywhere in the world until December 1st. That also saves you $45.00 to $75.00 depending on where you live. Together you save up to $150.00 on Black Friday. The bag is not $150.00. The total saved is $150.00. A super great deal for a after turkey day sale.

1) The initial post said 25% off the entire line, so wouldn't 25% off P.A.C.K. 1520 PLUCK FOAM LOAD OUT be $150 since it's listed as $200 on the Battlefoam website?

2) Does the free shipping only apply to the custom loadout 1520?

Thanks for clarifying.

P.S. I'm way too disorganized to plan ahead for a custom loadout. I'm always converting odd poses and shapes over time and like to customize myself as I go.

The reason I was looking at the C4 is because the game uses cards instead of dice, so having space for the cards is nice, along with enough room for the figures since it's a skirmish type game, anything from 4-8+. I think I'm picking it up either way, I'll make it work. Seems like it should fit.

And thank you for the response.

Romeo, can you mix trays on the Hobby Bag (the 216). For example could I get 1 tray of GW paint pot spots and 1 of Vallejo? Since they are the same price I was hoping to have 1 of each tray.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi,

JHall - Yes, you can swap trays in and out as you like. Just let us know when you call your order in.

Arctik_Firangi - No, the discount is off your total sale but does not include shipping because that is a set fee by FedEx and USPS.

Superscope - I agree that shipping is a pain, but with the discount it makes things better.

ZyklonB - No problem.

BrassScorpion - Yes, your are write. I thought you said the custom 1520. 25% OFF applies to any item on our store regardless of the price or type of item. That means that our Sabol and GW foam trays are only $7.50. That's even cheaper then Sabol's pluck and pick.

Romeo. I am interested in a 1520 with full custom foam but first I've got a few questions about your offer. Sorry if these are just overly cautious/dumb logistical questions, but better I get them answered than assume something and lose out.

1) Can you do a load-out of custom foam trays over the phone?

2) How does the process of designing custom foam trays work within the 12 hour window of this limited time offer? Do I need to have all of my custom foam templates faxed to you by 6 pm that day to still get the deal or can I simply buy/pay for the case over the phone within the sales window and then upload them to your staff over the next few days or so? Gimme some pointers, good sir.

Thanks!

Hi,

Alpharius and Samas990 - Yes, we can take your custom foam tray orders over the phone. We have hundreds of example models on hand and I play all the major lines of minis. I normally can figure out what you need just by talking over the phone.

You don't have to worry about sending in your list or your traces later. As long as the order is placed during Black Friday you can submit your traces anytime you like. The best thing to do is to jump in and grab the deal and spend the weekend figuring out the details to get the trays just right. Come next week you can fax or email your list and tracings and we'll add it to your order.
