If I order a 1520, is my entire order shipped free, or am I charged on additional items I add to the order? I'm thinking about switching my 10k of IG out of two sabol bags, loose trays, and bins into your foam, but not even the 1520 can hold it all. My plan is to grab all the infantry foam as part of the 22" I get with the bag, and then add on vehicle foam at retail. I'm just wondering what, if anything, the shipping will be. I'm on a budget, so some things might not get bought if there is going to be more shipping.

This was just the sale I needed to totally switch over, I grabbed a few of your trays for the sabol and love 'em, and I'm sure my other armies won't mind being in trays that say "Praetorian 37th."

Polonius - The shipping is for the 1520 filled with foam or not. You see the box that we ship the 1520's in are huge. They only fit the 1520 and have no extra room for foam or any other items. The free shipping only applies to the 1520 because anything else you order you would get in a second box.

The good news is that if you order this Friday you get an additional 25% off the entire order and that includes the 1520 and all the extra foam. You actually end up saving a bunch.

Does that mean i can just have whatever tray i wish for in my 432 custom loadout by just selecting what pattens i use? ie i would only have 3 trays, 1 with devilfishes, 1 for my suits and 1 for my troops. Because you already have trays like that on your website seperately, does that mean i have to buy those trays as well as the custom bag or can i just order the custom bag with those 3 pre-setup trays loaded in place of the custom foam?

I just want to check, I’m currently posted to Saudi Arabia. Will you ship to Saudi Arabia and is the shipping method a tracked method like DHL? I ask because from the UK via normal mail it can take around 4 weeks for stuff to arrive on the Airbase and sometimes not at all.

TheSecretSquig - We ship worldwide but we can't promise anything when it comes to international shipping. Once we send something out customs takes care of the rest. Sometimes packages get to locations in days, and other times it takes weeks.

Superscope - You can fill your custom bag with any trays you like. If you want to just pick from out pre designed trays that's perfectly ok. Just select Custom Load Out 432 and in the notes with your order list the trays you want inside. We'll do the rest.

I'm trying to decide if I'll be buying a bag from you Friday, or some foam, or neither.
I was looking at your Sabol foam. All of it is one inch thick.
At $7.50, it's a good price for them, but 1" is a bit thin. Are your Sabol trays - with standard (non-custom) lay outs- available in thicker sizes at the standard price, or would a 2" thick tray with a STANDARD layout cost me $20 ($15 after Black Friday discount)?

My first question to you is, why have you not jumped on the BF train yet? LOL

The Sabol trays are something we do for our customers as a courtesy. We really lose money on the trays so its not something we do in any size but 1". If you needed 2" trays we could do it for you but it would cost the standard custom Sabol and GW custom charge of $20.00. Yes, with the Black Friday sale you would get the additional 25% off so they would be a bit cheaper.

This is not to say they are not WORTH the money. MiniatureMarket (www.miniaturemarket.com) here in St. Louis is my "Local" Game Store (40 or so minutes away), and I've managed to see your products in person there. Your bags are as nice as they look in the video you have on YouTube... You know... The one where you physically abuse the 1520 by punching it & talking about having a 200lb man sit on one. LOL
So, the issue is definitely NOT about quality.
It's just that $300 for a case is a lot of money for me. What I need mostly is STORAGE foam that I can swap out of the cases I have, as I don't need to carry all my armies around at once. Unfortunately, I'm addicted to dynamic poses, so 1" foam won't work for me. I have to have 2", minimum.
So, I'm looking at $225 for a stuffed case (because the next biggest isn't big enough). I could reduce that price by trading in my bags but (a) I'm not sure i want to and (b) I won't want to give up all my storage foam. LOL

I'm still looking, though. So, don't count me out yet. I love the look of your product, and haven't heard a bad word about it yet.

1 question for you Sgt Diablo (before I place my order): the standard trays are shown to be 1 inch thick, with 1 inch cut-outs (whether they are BF, GW or SD). I assume the additional 1/4 inch for bottom applies to all standard trays, can you confirm?

Just a quick one. Have been planning my next purchase from you lately, this will push me to speed up the process lol.

Can you not offer the free shipping for the P.A.C.K MAX like you are for the 1520 seen as this is another huge case? Im a UK buyer and I will gaurantee you at least one sale tomorrow for a MAX if you can do this! I can probably get you a second if not third from two of my friends who I have been ramming youre product down their throats as of late (I should be a UK salesman for you lol). This I feel would convince them too!

Sorry but we can not offer the shipping discount on the MAX because of the size. The MAX P.A.C.K. is huge as you have seen and very costly to ship just about anywhere. World wide shipping on an item of that size is very difficult to offer free shipping on. Also, please keep in mind that the 25% off does work on the MAX tomorrow so jump on it since it will save you a bunch.

Ahem. Problem.

First, the checkout does not calculate the discount on the shipping. Second, the checkout appears to be broken or something... it is not actually possible to 'checkout' or get anywhere past looking at the price with it's fully charged shipping. The only option is 'continue shopping'.

I don't intend to call in, because I'm on the other side of the world, and it's 2am on Saturday morning. Quite disappinted about this... really hope you can get this rectified...

Hello Arctik_Firangi - Actually you just need to scroll down on your order. The checkout page require you to recalculate the order to see the discount. Just scroll the page and your problem will be solved. Many have ordered today and have had no problems. Hope this helps.

Also, please keep in mind that the shipping is free on the 1520 only. All other products will have a shipping charge. The shipping is also added last and does not apply to the 25% off.
