It was a hard decision between the 1520 and the 432... but for less than double the price, I get more than double the storage... had to go with the big case.

hopefully you guys can find a way to squeeze 2 battle companies worth of marines + vehicles into one of those!

I cant fly with a 1520. and i play a lot of smaller games too, so a few smaller bags made sense for me.

how long after I place an order over the phone will it take for me to receive an email asking for army specifications?

GAH! I can't believe I missed this! I so would have gotten the 432 I've been wanting.

Yeah, I missed it too... Ah, well -- will wait for next year & hope they do the same thing again.

Agreed... I went to place my order Friday night and missed it... but will keep my eyes out for a deal as I'm looking for 2 of the larger cases!

I set an alarm on my phone to make sure I got my order in.

I think that they must have gotten swamped by this sale.

I haven't heard a peep from them since my order went in, but I'm guessing they're more than a little busy right now.

Still, does anyone who ordered from them in the past know how they usually handle orders?

Do you get an e-mail and tracking info when they ship?

When I ordered my Space Hulk Foam Trays back in September they sent me a shipping confirmation email and then a tracking number email from the carrier.

Romeo stated we could call with army specs this week. I'm sure they were busy most of the weekend trying to get all the orders sorted. It was an awesome deal for sure. Just could not pass on the Custom 1520.

If you ordered product that does not require customization, Battlefoam is cranking those orders out the door. My order got shipped yesterday according to the tracking notification I just received. Good service.

I ordered mine slightly too early coz I underestimated the large difference in time lol. But the nich chaps at battlefoam refunded me the difference no questions asked! Well impressed guys. Im bust tracing my models as I type this. Which gves me one question:

Romeo, the size of the foam according to youre website and thie pack max thread is 24''x20''. The size of youre standard pack trays is 12''x15.5''.

So surely putting two of the standard trays into the pack max will fit very snugly one way leaving just the 4.5'' along the short side? But watching the pack max video it looks like their is space on the side of the pack max when you put the trays into the pack max?

Is this just an illusion due to lighting or something or are the dimensions on the pack max bigger than listed?

If you could please let me know asap as if the dimensions are out it will mess up my tracings plan for my entire Eldar army.

Can't wait to get my tracings to you so that you can get to work on my saviour of a case so that I can receive it in good time!

Ah you see, I am hawkeye! My range guessing for fantasy/40k is just as effective lol.

I am now cutting my thin card and will be tracing away now.

One last question.

If I use a 6" piece of foam at the bottom for my two revenant titans, falcons etc. I have 6" of foam left. What height can I get this other 6" to go? By that I mean would I be able to have a 2" foam and three 1" foam pieces due to the extra 1" of base added to the bottoms of each of the foam trays?

If you are going to cut the top 6" of foam in half for me (thanks for that by the way) could I have on one side a 2" and 3 1" pieces, and on the other side a 3" and two 1" pieces? I hope that makes sense?
