Subject: Infinity - Official introduction videos for Infinity by Corvus Belli
I hope this thread is right placed here, and i think i didn't see it posted yet... If i'm wrong i apologize
Corvus Belli (the company which makes Infinity), has opened a new Youtube channel to upload introductory videos for the 28 mm skirmish Infinity game.
The following was published in the official Infinity website:
Greetings.
We are glad to introduce you to the new Corvus Belli Youtube channel.
In the next days we will be uploading videos that will show the rules and background of “Infinity the Game”.
These videos were made to be shown as an introductory help and tutorial for new players and costumers, they will show some of the most basic rules of the game and the generic looks and fluff of the armies.
We hope you enjoy them and share through the internet to your friends and people interested in Infinity and miniature games.
Remember that you can activate or deactivate the captions using the “CC” button in the lower right corner of the video.
Have a nice day and don´t forget to subscribe to the channel to watch every new video.
Yeah, the anime style takes some getting used to. I am considering picking some them up to paint, but then immediately sell. I'm not really looking to do ANOTHER skirmish game. They all have pretty figures, and in the end - too few players to support the game.

Spain, the company is from Spain.
Jesus, he must be one of the few Chosen in Spain who learned English Nobody spoke it where I was at.
Anyway, the minis for Infinity are very nice and I'm slowly assembling a small Sisters detachment out of the Panoceania troops. Panoceania really has some nice Power Armour looking models.

I do believe, in fact, that you've gone and found a way to make it MORE expensive than if you bought GW models!
THAT is an accomplishment!
Er, sort of...
Keep in mind that you only use ~10 - 15 models in a game, so you're only buying each guys once. This is why I also loved Confrontation. Model quality was often superior to GW models, and had more individual personality. I always found that justified the slightly higher cost per model, and also made it easier and more enjoyable to paint a complete army.
Wow, these videos are evil! Now I want to get into Infinity!
I read the rulebook awhile back but, the way it's written/translated I could never really visualize how gameplay occured. These videos solved that....I'm off to buy a new game. The wife is going to kill me!

Er, I was replying to Alkasyn, who was saying he was going to make a Sisters of Battle army out of PanOceania troopers.
I'm a BIG fan of INFINITY, and I certainly appreciate how easy it is to field many different factions somewhat easily.
Which is why I was a big fan of Confrontation too, until the Great Confragnarok Debacle ruined all that...

I want to say that it's mentioned somewhere right in the rulebook or on the website that the game tends to break past a certain point level and it's not recomended for games to exceed 500pts. I could be wrong though, don't have the books handy to verify. Our local FLGS usually does 250-350pts for tournaments and leagues and we pull a decent crowd.
The minis are of a higher quality than GW stuff IMO, but still fall short of the old Confrontation line. Confrontation miniatures were some of the most beautiful miniatures I've ever seen. Switching to plastic pre-paints was a travesty of the highest order. To boot, I had just sold off my huge Archaon force to cover some bills when times were tough when they did this. I'm still a little bent over it.

I really cant say infinity is inferior sculptwise with confrontation ones ( mind I collect both) Its a very diferent style and to me the infinity design is sharper and less packed with unecessary details like most Conf ones. Its not the amount of silly details that makes a good sculpt.
