I would think there's more IG players than orks.
Also I have deldar, crons, and slaaneshi/tzeentchian/sorta-unaligned CSM (think Night Lords and Alpha Legion more simple renegades than warp god worshipping scum).
So yeah I have pretty much all of the evilest armies....

Hmmm... there is a difference between collecting and playing. I am actively working on collecting and playing an Eldar, Tau, and Space Marine army. I play two different Eldar armies, a Dark Eldar army, and a Space Marine army. I collect Eldar (just one,) Tau, Space Marine, Ork, Renegades & Heretics, and Imperial Guard armies.
At some point, I hope to play all the armies I a collecting. But some of them are a next year or 2012 thing. And I have two armies I am no longer collecting anything for, they are quite done.
I think I just confused myself...

I play Hands of Vengeance(diy SM Chapter), Necrons and recently started up a Word Bearers army.

Don't over-think these things.
My DIY chapter is an Iron Hands successor, because I like their stern nature but didn't much care for the whole non-tradition Chapter structure and the amount of attention they paid to the Adeptus Mechanicus. So the Hands of Vengeance still have the black, white and metal of the Iron Hands but use the Codex Astartes pattern for squad/chapter/unit markings. It doesn't have to be hard. Think about the army you want, make up fluff to fit it, and go.
