I always picture Skaven to have names with 'it' in them e.g. Snikit, Stikjaw, Crittervein

What's the fluff behind the warlord (incredible deeds etc)? This could lead to titles like Verminclaw Felltail, Destroyer of [insert city/army/other name here].

That doesn't really suit Skaven, as they aren't known for their "Brave Deeds"

They don't have to be "brave" deeds.

Skaven generally dont remember "Yesterday's news," as a great general could be mighty one day, and a victim of an assassin's blade the next.

Name him Master Splinter.

Then they wouldn't bother naming anyone. Just point at people. And have you actually seen the Skaven book? DEATHMASTER, CLAW, THE UNCLEAN, HEADTAKER, most have titles or addendums that tell something about them. The fact he's on a litter seems to imply something about him, if merely a sense of grandiosity. And it's decidedly un-Skaven because he's making himself a clearer target for ranged attacks when most Skaven would be hiding behind their lessers. So I suggest having like an Empire/Bretonnian/Dwarf title. Like _______ the Thane. Or Grand General _______ . It might even be snicker-worthy to his enemies.

I named my warlord Littermaster Skrai.

This started out as an attempt to create a skaven name that sounded like scurry, then got the littermaster part added because I'm modeling him on top of a warlitter then evolved into the backstory of him being almost solely responsible for fathering his clan (as repulsive as that may be).

So that's my suggestion, get an idea for how to name him, then evolve it out to include some achievement that including in you name gets you feared/respected and viola.

Not yet, i have many names to consider...

Do you know at all how you're going to equip him? Like what sorts of magical and mundane equipment he'll use? There are a few specific magic items like the anti dwarf mace that might help pick a name.

Also a general idea as to whether he's attack or defence based could influence it as well. or whether he uses ranged weapons like that striking hand cannon.

Taking what's on the actually model into avount how about...

Skithik Shatterskull.

The first name came from trying to adapt the world sloth into a skaven name, the second from trying to ty in mastery with a warp pistol, a good bit of warpstone to the skull and I'm sure it shatters to bits.
