Edit: Though I would agree, they don't have a significant quantity of fluff, so they are not exactly major...

Yeah, it doesn't help that orange is typically the bright in-your-face colour that kinda makes you stand out in any environment save a volcanic wasteland The only places I'd say it looked ok is Eldar, Tau and the odd Ork Blood Axe camo somewhere.

Well, I'm planning on painting my Dark Eldar with a rusty sort of look. Not exactly orange, but kinda.

I think the main reason you don't see it more is that cooler/earth tones say either 'I'm too cool to wear garish colors' or 'I'm too smart to wear something easily visible on the battlefield'; while bright colors say 'I'm such a badass warrior I don't care if you see me coming' or 'my armor's gonna be covered in red soon anyway, might as well save on cleaning'. Orange just kinda falls in between; its too visible to be practical and too ridiculous to be cool looking.

Orange is hard to pull off. But if you manage it, more power to you.

Actually, their color is "Ochre". Which is a more natural occurring color, kind of a mixture of a dark brown with an orange tinting to it. Was a very common color to see on German equipment during WWII on the Eastern Front.

I suppose it depends if you're talking about assonance, consonance, syllabic, perfect, semirhyme or half rhyme, or oblique; my examples above are all syllabic rhymes

Orange, in the US, doesn't ryme with any of those words.
