They look really great. I really like the shading. Only criticism I can make is that some areas look quite flat, like the boots and the gut plate. A quick highlight of these areas could help improve their look.

If the guy plates are a dark brown, perhaps graveyard earth for a quite harsh contrast, or mix the brown you used with another lighter shade. Maybe snakebite as another type of harsh contrast.

For the boots, perhaps fortress grey.
