Ok, just wanted to clear up the rules before we get started, and give everyone a chance to re-post characters.

1) Character and mount of any point value.
2) Roll off for 1st turn. Winner will shoot if he can. Shooting is limited to 1 shooting phase. Magic is limited to 1 magic phase (for each player). Shooting range is always considered to be 1" past the enemies base move.
3) Fights last 10 rounds. If both opponents are still alive, the area master will fire an organ gun at both, at the start of each round, until one or both, are dead.
4) 1 use items or 1/game, or 1 opponent items will only work once during the whole tournament.
5) Break tests, terror, fear, and stupidity tests are being taken.
6) Non-casters get a +2 to dispel attempts.
7) If a character is mounted, the fight continues until his mount is killed, or his mount kills his opponent. A character that is killed is eliminated even if his mount should kill his opponent.
8) Characters with illegal builds will have gear/upgrades randomly stripped off until he becomes legal.
9) The cheaper character gets +1 to go first.
10) Scouting, ambushing, or Vanguard each gives you +1 to go first.
11) Characters who aren't given names will suffer -1 to their leadership.
12) If you don't list your preference in striking at mounts or riders, you will always strike riders first, and mounts 2nd.

Out of curiosity, did you consider taking the sword that heals a wound on the Vampire or the unit he's with for every unsaved wound? The OB increases killiness, but the ability to focus on mounts to add several wounds a turn back to the Vampire or the Dragon would be kind of interesting, I think.

Quick question. Can the chaos lord and dragon use breath weapons (stream of corruption) and bloodcurdling roar as stand and shoot reactions?

I dont know but if they can im taking roar. (if they can stand and shoot ill edit my entry if im allowed to).

I was very tempted and now I have reread the rules - 1 magic phase means 1 IoN - I think I will edit and replace, just loved the idea of people only have a ward save that had to be re-rolled, but in an arena like this anything that will heal me is a plus

For his lore he Always picks (Including when you roll a double) and casts Pit Of Shades whenever possible. If he can't for whatever reason, ie he rolls double 5's he picks the Penumbral Pendulum spell instead. He always reduces Initiative when casting Melkoth's Mystifying Miasma.
