So...is there a major difference between American culture and Canadian culture at all?
This is my view of Canadian Culture

Your link gives me a fancy 404.
There's plenty of differences between Canadian and American culture, but they are far outweighed by the similarities.

Dave Foley, Kids In The Hall explains the difference. I believe they also said on that show once, that "Canadians are like Americans, without the guns."

That's America, by some Canadians. Again, great stuff from Kids In The Hall, Bruce McCulloch this time.

All the Canadians I've met have been more similar in general outlook to us Brits, than Americans. Except they're friendlier than us.

That said, Yanks aren't as different to us as both we and they make out.

Mate, we have had this argument many times, The British (apparently) have better teeth than you guys... it's a fact!

My American missus disputes this vehemently however, and believes that the figures have been doctored.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.

It's an unwarranted stereotype, but I like to perpetuate it anyways.

Probably because it cost a small fortune to have anything doctored in the USA. The state meets the majority of doctoring costs here.

That may be why. I think Canadians and western, specifically North Western Americans have a lot in common. Whereas urban Easterners, Yankees, have little in common with either.

I don't know how urban New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont are but yeah "Yankees" do have some pretty unique personality traits, generally speaking.

For example, in a village near my home town there is a missile on the common.

Those states are actually why I specified "urban." I know a guy from Maine who is almost as hill people as I am. But I still stand on location, I imagine Eastern Canucks are a different breed too.

The coastal strip of maine is rather civilized.

As you move inland the tooth count drops rapidly: after about 35 minutes you might as well be in mississippi.

I'm pretty sure Chris has all his teeth, he's not far from Bangor though so maybe he's right before the tooth count delinquency starts.

I was about to get annoyed with CT Gamer about his generalization, when I realized that he was talking about Maine and that I agreed with him.
