Renowned in dread Norscan sagas, the twin-headed, hulking Ettins are terrors of the high places. They dwell in lonely caverns and shattered citadels, splattered with the blood of their victims and carrying their stigma as a curse under whose torment they are bound to eternally suffer, despising all else that walks or crawls in the world.
While of a similar stature to the lumbering giants of the Old World, a Curs’d Ettin can be easily identified by its singular deformities and cruel intellect; born so it is said of an ancient treachery against the Dark Gods themselves, for whom they reserve their most bitter hatred.

The Curs’d Ettin, designed by Edgar Skomorowski, is a full resin monster packed with amazing detail, from its grotesquely twisted form to the jagged chunk of warpstone clutched in one hand as a primitive weapon. The Curs’d Ettin is available to pre-order now for despatch in the week commencing 28th November, and experimental rules for this rapacious creature are available to download now, taken from the forthcoming Warhammer Forge Monstrous Arcana expansion book.

It has some pretty nice rules from the quick glance I gave it. Can't say I am as equally fond of the model though... Its not bad, just wierd.

He sure is "packed full of detail", right down to the penis sheath! I think that is a FW first.

Not proud to say this, but it's not.

Reaper, the Demigryphon which Theodore Bruckner rides, has one sculpted on--as does Lietpold the Black's horse.

Interestingly enough, all three were sculpted by the same person.

I bow to your superior knowledge of all 28mm things in resin that sheath penises.

If it's the all from the same sculptor, I suspect he watches waaaaay to much Discovery Channel Amazon basin and Papua New Guinea shows.

I really like this guy, shame I don;t have a use for giants in my list, but if that changes, this guy gets in indeed.

I like the way his left leg starts far higher on his body than his right, almost like the 'other' creature within him has its own separate hips.

I think he should have another big arm, and the small one grow off his back or something. It doesn't look freaky, it looks stupid.

The first thing I thought was that the skin textures look amazing! Just look at the muscular right arm with the veins and everything.

I want to order IA11 for Christmas holiday. Why are they not releasing it before the freaking deadline for Christmas delivery?

Its an amazing model. Scary deformed thing that It is I wouldn't want to buy it, paint it, or look at it again, but its a great piece.

OT: it's a beautiful piece, a thing of twisted nightmare.

Necro, that's Frank(I think that's the name they gave him at least). He's the resident Monster Fodder.

Kronk: Hopefully it will be out soon. I'm not sure though. They did say that the DKoK Commissars will be back for the Christmas season barring some massive shenanigans.

It's disgusting, disturbing and it's proportions are painful to look at. You can tell it's every waking moment is miserable and all it wants to do is bring misery to everyone else. The expressions on the faces are amazing.

I think it's a triumph.

It's certainly well sculpted, but a bit too grotesque for my liking, I wouldn't buy it myself.
