Subject: 40k Mortarion Model?

I recently went to a not so local FLGS and was stunned by a counts as chaos lord. It was clear supposed to be mortarion, as the figure was robed, had a war scythe and had rotting feathered wings. He was about the same size as a normal marine, ~5-10% bigger.
I inquired with the staff as to what was the base model for the conversion and they told me it wasn't a conversion but simply a model that was purchased from an online site in europe. They thought maybe it was coolminiornot.com. It wasn't the old ronin model, nor any that i could find on coolminiornot.
Anyone have an idea of what site it could have come from?

Aye I reckon thats it. Scibor. I just painted one of their models for my librarian (check gallery) and I enjoyed the experience.
They are a slightly larger scale as carnage said, but you can make them fit in...
Here is my model next to some termies anyway.. see what you think.

Not him, but that model is badass... This is the closest that I've seen to the same feel. Couple differences:
1.) Warscythe is less stylized
2.) Model is less armored
3.) Wings are more rotten
4.) Head more resembled a hooded crusader helm.
Found him!!! Looks like he was a conversion from this model.

Epic had many of the Chaos Primarchs back in the day, some like Mortarion are decent while others like Angron are just awful:
Though in any regard that first Mortarion mini looks fantastic imo.

^^ Oh I meant nothing malevolent by it, the cutesy smilies go a ways to hint at real world emotions instead. The original art is from the cover of the second edition of Sabertooth game's Horus Heresy artbook series (later stuck together into one book).
