Progress:
Lesson learned - It is very hard to find matching color for the glue sticks, and opaque greens are not the best for larger models.
Get enough for same translucent colored glue sticks for the entire project.

Second attempt was to make my own green-glue sticks out of clear-glue-sticks instead of buying. Also tried to use beads for eyes.
Third attempt was using translucent colored glue-sticks with just bones. I like these 2 the best
