2 Stacks of glowstone is a good haul, I use stone picks for underground, I've only used 45 or so

First off- no hight limits. We have no rules, just what the people around you are willing to put up with.

Well according to some people (http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/10620/337126.page#4194618) it should be demolished...
Frankly there are much worse places on the server...

Pretty much every NPC village has been claimed, so unless you find a newly generated one, you won't get one. You'll need to go a long way to find a new village at this stage on this map.

anyway, that one has NO use, all the villagers are dead.
Serves them right, too, their iron golems attacked me for no reason...

And all the crops are destroyed

There is no point in that one, at the moment

Unless anyway want's to make a railway between the other village and transfer 2 of their population to that trash of a village
and replant the crops

but I'm sure it's all ready claimed, as I asked a little while ago and it already was...

Its a Museum right now. Its cool and we are keeping it.
