If its true, Ghaz and Ragnar in the same box is really surprising. As well as personally a bit off putting. A small Ork force could be fun for Kill Team, but I've no intention of going deep enough to warrant having a SC of Ghazghkull's importance(and price).

I doubt they'll struggle to sell a box with Ghaz and Ragnar in unless it is very stupidly priced.

I think the reason the Eldar box was surprisingly expensive is because it was priced with this box in mind.

If the box indeed contains only Ragnar, Ghaz, Makari, 3 Meganobs and 10 Marines, the net worth is around 180-190€., similiar to the Blood Angels Strike force that costs 145€

Considering the size of the forces, it'd more likely only have 5 Marines.

It's more likely the leaker saw a diorama shot and missed half the contents of the box. A bit like how Shadowsun was surrounded by Genestealers.

I also kinda believe that there is more to that set. More akin to what we got in Phoenix.

This would be the perfect time to do new Tankbustas or Kommandos for Orks.

Probably wont happen though.

That rumour engine photo of the hands holding the binoculars looks like it could be kommandos. Here's hoping.

While orks have this kind of binoculars, the hand on that picture is definitely not an ork.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

I wouldn't put it past Orks to hold a hand holding binoculars.

The preview is Monday, so I don’t think we’ll see them this Sunday. Next Sunday maybe. The Monday reveal would be pretty superfluous if we’re seeing the stuff tomorrow.

Ehh...if the preorder announcements are tomorrow, we could see an "in-depth" look at the set on Monday.

Sure, but it’s not much of a reveal if it’s just more in depth look at something we’ve seen the day before. I imagine the banner would be for Sunday if they were in the preorder preview tomorrow.

I could see this box being a prelude to a new wave of Ork minis.

I don’t know, love the idea of Kommandos and Tankbustas but really dislike current models so they would be top of my list

I think the current Kommandos and Tankbusta models look fine, I'm just not a fan of them being finecast. The metal Deffkopta is far worse than them in my opinion.

Have you seen the Hands of recent ork models? While you are certainly right, if you go by the old boys models, those are old ham fisted monkey arm antiquities. If you consider the 2018 vehicles and the AoS range, the RE image is an orc hand and - more importantly an orc fore arm. The anatomy would be WAAAAAAAAAAAY of for a human model

Orks have claws. The arm looks weird, but I think it’s down to the angle, or weird camera stuff.

Perhaps the Ork is wearing a glove?

Either way we'll know more tomorrow.

I disagree - if you look at the Tankbusta models they have these odd arm stocking/glove things that the rumour engine pic could certainly be.

Rumor engine photos are intentionally taken and framed in a misleading manner all the time in order to prevent correct interpretations being drawn from them, so trying to do so is very difficult. For all we know, it's a new Necromunda Ratling Sniper.

The supply does not get to make the demands.

I’m not sure why anyone thinks orks will be getting anything more that ghazzy and Makari in this release?

I will be over the moon if we do finally get replacements for our fine cast models and units that don’t even have models like nob bikers but I’m not getting my hopes up

It's probably because there's that very obvious pic of an Ork boot from the rumour engine that has yet to be identified? As well as the aforementioned contentious bulging forearm.

If those rumour engine pics are Ork models, there's nothing to say they''ll come out in this release of course. I think people are drawing conclusions from the rumours of a boxed set that's been going around for a while.

I'm still sad my predictions where proven wrong there. I do think that there is some future releases beyond just what we know of being teased though, over on BOLS they posted a picture of some concept art that'd been spotted for a primaris marine that seems to roughly match what the rumors are saying.

Spoiler:

thats ther image there. hard to tell for sure but it looks like one of them is in gravis armor, the SM gravis release wave could be far closer then we thought

That looks a lot like some of Jes Goodwin's old Devestator concepts where the Marines had heavy weapons built into there armour.
