As for directions: follow the path from my portal. There's a passageway along the roof of the Nether.

The 64 being the width or the height?

OR do you mean walls AND roof?

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

You have 2 walls at 128x64. That's 256 stacks.

Next you have 2 walls at 64x32. That's 64 stacks.

Then you have 1 roof at 128x32. That's another 64 stacks.

Total is 512 stacks.

Assuming 64 is the height.

Can I have suggestions that don't involve griefing about how an evil organization (not mine) would be evil (not on this server)

The trick is to have the dispenser in a hole in the cieling that also has a torch in it. Nobody will look up when they see the light coming out, and if you have a hidden pressure plate (maybe smoothestone with snow around it, to disguise the hight difference) underneath connected, folks will get blasted.

GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

Or you just hide a pressure plate somewhere with TNT underneath. Or wired to blow up further on.

Dig massive 11x11 holes that look like world holes and have Lava just underneath the surface on all sides. Hidden from vire though. Then have diamond ore to tempt them to dig down.

Diamond ore would be obvious trap.

Well then, make it with Iron Ore!

Who the hell has that much Diamond Ore anyway?

No. Just two on one wall.
To make them want to exploit the chunk error.
They either fall into the lava or down the hole.

Chunk errors go through bedrock so you see the void... You would have to be a complete noob to fall for this.

If you can't see the bottom because of flowing water perhaps?

Also the ski lodge is completly smashed up. Too big for creepers either a greifer or lightning/fire.

Black wool. From a distance it'd look like the void right?

Only at night, in the day the void is sky blue.

The ski lodge has had a secret door broken, four glass panes on the second floor broken and has suffered a lot of fire damage (from what I can tell it was set on fire at the ground floor bookcase and in the corner of the basement).

I've narrowed down a time of the fire, now just identifying the culprit.

The rain that accompanies lightning puts out the fire. Fire is also nerfed not to spread so far. This fire was deliberate.

Follow people around with an evil skin on carrying lava buckets, flint and steel, TNT, swords, that sort of thing. Never do anything, just "sneak" around, making sure someone sees you. Works even better with more than one person, it makes it feel like a conspiracy.
