Ahh ya i was hoping ya wouldn't say that, i basically work nights right now so i'm only available for day games. I'll probably be dropping off at legends tomorrow as well, got some bday money burning a hole in my pocket and would like to order/purchase some items. Be nice to get them in and ready for the tournie though it would be a stretch with the way i paint...

Jeez don't let dark hear ya say that... i should be fine, i don't need to paint them just need to build them, probably take me a couple hours depending on what i find to watch on the internet at the same time.

Ya, the employees there are nice, the people who go there are nice, if not a bit odd... but there's a certain atmosphere. Friendly, but... well my last trip there kind of sums it up. I went it to get some advice on how to get my models from looking really good to display case quality. After looking at my model he asked if it was painted with citadel paints and when I said no, he seemed less interested in helping me and after I finaly coaxed some basic tips out he told me that he'd give me a quick tutorial, but I used another company's paints. Although citadel did just come out with a new book about painting with a dvd. :/

I usually feel bad going in and just using their tables, never buying anything at their rather large mark-ups, but now, not so much. I'd recommend going there if it's the only place to go. So that's where I'll be tomorrow.

And Kungfu, i was wrong about the death mask, it is only the first assault turn, so you didn't need to take that second leadership check, luckily you passed it and it didn't change the game in anyway. Good game today by the way, was nice to actually win against the IG for once . I've already put together that squad I bought today and i'm hoping the next 3 will be in in time for the tournie .

That wasn't a game. It was a slaughter. No dicing either, just soundly beaten. Now I know what Dark feels like when he plays me lately... everything just starts to disappear. I tried to get funky with the deployment to counter your decent, but I should have just eaten the drop in meltas.

Well, fought Optimusprime twice today, and lost both games (but at least I managed to murderize some Guardsmen beforehand). Well fought, Optimus, and curse you and your silly Librarian (I've never seen one model be such a game-changer before). I'm always up for a rematch if you are.

Goods games, that Librarian was a hero. He saved about 3 times his points cost whith shield and ran off more than his poinst cost with fear. Sorry about the second list, it was a little cheesy, but it was the first 1000 point one I came across. (For everone else it ended up being DE vs 3 razorbacks and 3 Vindicatos at 1000 points, not a pretty match up)
