I either use a proper pallette, or the bottom of a 2 liter soda bottle.

I use the lid off a container filled with a mysterious blue powder (I must find out what it is!) and have been for the last three years, the paint is now so thick that should I scrape back a few layers I could tell what I had been painting last week. Just the same as geologists and rocks, with a twist

Wet Palette is the best ever. Your paints just never dry out
Even though my wet palette consists of foam from a blister on top of a cup of water!

I don't use a palette?

Unless you count the paper towel I use to get the excess paint off the brush when I'm drybrushing something.

Use Simple Green when you strip your next batch of metal models. It really cleaned up my plastic tile until there was nothing on it; almost brand new.
