Theo was unphased by the arrogant greyknight. He cared nothing for them. Theo went back to unloading and preping the base. He had several tarantulas set up in firing pits. The base would have to hold off against the hordes until they reached the fortress.

"You shouldn't have placed that Tarantula there. it should have been 3 meters to the left. It would have had a much larger field of fire up the path"

Demosthenes walked over to the toungless champion, and picked him up. slowly, he raised his bolt pistol. "my the powers that be devour your soul" he hissed, at the champion, and pulled the trigger

The useless CSM snarled and died. Demosthenes threw the corpse aside and proceeded to help set up camp.

as he strode back to the camp, Demosthenes was confronted by Tempestas.

"Make sure to burn the body Demonsthenes. I have found signs of the Unclean ones taint. Burn all the bodies" Nicako communicated over the Vox.

"Alright, men gear up, 'cause were gonna be chaos huntin'" Prometheus said.

"I will be watching you," said the other marine, "if you fail in your devotion to the emperor, even one bit, I will remo-" "shut up." said the Invader Marine, and headed back to camp

"No fighting men, and he's right. Do not disobey the Emperor. Come on, lets go infiltrate the fortress!" Prometheus said, "Whos with me?"

"where is the fortress?" asked Demosthenes.

"Brothers, approach the cave with caution. there are several plague marines guarding the entrance, one has a plasma gun"

The fortress is a uknown location. We know its to the east fo the landing zone thats it.

The Fortress is located at the end of the valley, but I belive the cave is an entrance.

there are possably many such cave entrances in various locations. I shall search for and attempt to gain entrance.

Theo had melted into the shadows. He had for the recon left his big and noisy bolter at the camp. He had pulled out his autopistol. He already knew of the force. Theo snuck up behind the first as the other went to engage the marines. In their distraction Theo leapt ont one and caved his head in.

The whole squad rushes up to the cave with the Grey Knight, and find the entrance to the cave. On it is ancient, forbidden writing, telling them to beware of the beast in the cave.

The plague marines attack then, but one falls as Theo jumps on it.

But, one Plauge Marine is suddenly ripped apart, and blood and gore spills out. And, out comes a Great Unclean One.

Nicako impales a plague marine upon his Halberd, the Nemisis Blade slicing through the tainted flesh and armor.

The Plague Marine falls, even the resiliance giften his by his god availing not against blessed steel.

Nicako raises his Psycannon and sends a hail of psybolts ripping into the Unclean One. the Daemon recoils, wounded greatly...
